Location, access, most staff My least favorite thing about my stay was the breakfast buffet. We did not get down real early, but neither did. We get down late. When we went down, there was not enough seating, the trays were near empty, the service area was poorly stocked, and when I knocked on the door and mentioned it to the person in the kitchen, they were less than kind or professional about it. Please then offer a service and have a built-in charge for it. Unless it's going to be provided as advertised, with the expectation of IHG quality.

It was a nice room.It looked like it had been remodeled with new flooring and bathroom. The stuff was very friendly and accommodating , and it was able to let me check in early. The location was very close to saint augustine amphitheater , which was a bonus.
