the property is very close to castillo and all the museums. the breakfast is subpar and i think it would benefit from later weekend hours. same waterbased rubbery eggs both days. this morning we came to the dining area at 9, the crowd was huge, no butter for toast, no orange juice, no oatmeal. no place to sit down for a family of 5. i went and checked outside as well. on saturdays breakfast ends at 10. the day before i waited over 10 minutes to get my car from the valet service. both days the system was down and employees could not find my keys. $35 per day, (the detailed receipt from hotel says $61.78), but the service is not worth the money spent. the lady at the check in area was friendly. overall impression is good, but minor hiccups still leave bitter aftertaste. i will choose this lication in the future because of convenience though.

Stay was a solid Okay. Room was neat and tidy but not really clean (beyond housekeeping) My son had black feet after walking around the room. AC was cold but hope you didn’t want to carry on a conversation or sleep when it turned on. Sofa was fabric that had ungodly amount of stuff spilt on it so we put our sheet over it so we could sit down. Parking is valet only, initially not horrible but gets annoying if you just wanted to run out for 20 minutes. Or load and unload your child for quick outings. Front desk staff was amazing. Location is good especially once king street bridge reopens but not aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast was marginal, eggs need to be rotated more often. I got there at 830 and the omelets were dried out as if they were cooked at 6. Coffee was hot and fresh.

El hotel muy práctico y muy cerca del centro histórico

It was clean and had a little living room area which was awesome. Breakfast was great as well.

Property was very clean and well kept! Friendly staff, decent breakfast. $35 Valet parking was the only downside!
-
We paid for valet and our car never got moved. We parked our car ourselves and still had to pay for valet.
-
The staff were really friendly whether at the check-in desk, breakfast or valet.

The rooms are dated and hopefully will be improved. The room and shower and towels were not clean and we had to call to get this tended to. Room coffee and tea amenities were not maintained and housekeeping only came every other day which should be daily based on other like accomodations. We are on vacation and should come back to a cleaned room and made bed in our opinion. The hotel is quiet so restful. Breakfast was ok but the food was never hot just medium to cold which didn't make it as appealing. The kitchen area in our unit was fine with sufficient dishes and service utensils. Overall it was good however definitely room for improvement and if we stay here again, we will make sure to ask for what we expect for service and housekeeping. Location to all activities and front desk coordination and shuttle accomodations made this a big plus for our stay for convenience overall.

The rooms were nice and spacious. The pool looked nice. $29 (per-night) REQUIRED valet parking for a parking lot literally right out front. No option to self-park. The parking lot is 5 feet from the front door of the hotel. This was not mentioned on the booking.com page for this hotel which is scandalous. When we told the front desk that this was surprisingly, they became very defensive. One woman responded "oh guess you never been to New Orleans then, honey" This is St. Augustine not New Orleans. Regardless, just because other hotels do it elsewhere in the world, that doesn't make it right. We have been to St. Augustine many times and never had to pay a valet $29 dollars to park a car in a space literally five feet away. The valet people were quite weird as well. They mostly mumbled at us. We couldn't even tell what they were saying. No greeting or hello. We rolled down our window when we first arrived and they just looked at us like we were aliens. Maybe tell us where to park for unloading and check in? Or acknowledge our existence? The nearby bridge is also closed by the hotel which makes the walk pretty long to get downtown. The breakfast was very bad too. The sausage was cold and the eggs were gross.

Muy buenas condiciones e higiene de las habitaciones.. Se encuentra en un lugar muy estrategico y cercano de los lugares del centro historico.
-
Great place to stay and not far walking to local hot spots!
-
Heads up: there’s a *mandatory* $30 valet parking fee PLUS a $15 daily parking fee for every car that shows up. Never disclosed anywhere until you drive up and there is absolutely nowhere else to park.
