I live in the area, went to a concert and got the room for that reason. It is a great location, we walked about the town and never had to worry about parking. The staff was very accommodating also. I will stay here again the next time I want to splurge and have some fun.

One night stay, everything was fine.

Loca Bed we're to hard. Pillows were rock solid. The A/C cooled the sink area but the bedroom area was hot.

Room was freshly remodeled. Location was ok. Can't think of anything else. Check in was bad. We booked 2 rooms. The first room they gave us was already in use. The 2nd room was ok and was remodeled. The quality of the remodel was poor. Pillows were like bricks. Footstool in room was a joke. TV didn't work very well.

Perfect location

Room was clean. Pillows were for me too hard or too bumpy. Bed if you move a bit it make noises as something loosen. Excellent location.

Location and value It's a old motel. I got what I expected

Location! You can walk everywhere! Given the parking situation, being able to leave your car in the lot is great! Bathrooms are small, but all the buildings are old, so it’s expected. The shower was modernized!

Fantastic location near everything in the historic district, with a bar/restaurant next door. The location is also on the waterway, so you can relax and watch the boats go by. Updated and extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. :) The only reason I could not rate it a 10 was that there is no elevator, so hauling luggage up and down the stairs was a bit overwhelming. Completely understandable, though, as this is an older property.

Location was excellent, very close to town. The beds were really hard.

This is an amazing location. It has been modernized though not necessarily to a high standard. It felt very damp and our shower head barely trickled. Decent price but an additional $20 per day parking fee. Good if you want something cheap and in a good spot but I would likely pass if you want comfort and good quality night’s sleep.

Great location

Love the chairs and chairs able facing the water, enjoyed sitting out there during the rain.

The room was very clean; the staff was friendly and the location convenient and in the historic district of St. Augustine. The view of the bay and the sunrise was amazing.
-
Clean room. I like the fact that I could park in front of my room, especially with the storms that came through. Within walking distance to the plaza. Solo traveler and never felt unsafe.

Perfect location neer all of St. Augustine attractions. Room was spotless. We had a problem with are tv and Karen at the front desk had her tech come right up to fix it.

The first room we were assigned had very poor water pressure in shower. We spoke to staff and they immediately moved us to a different room. Shower pressure much better. Parking was convenient and spacious. The balcony was nice; could have enjoyed more if the weather had cooperated. The room was very clean and spacious. The renovations really made the place worth staying because the location is excellent. Great view of bay. Just cross the street and you can walk the riverfront. Very close to many restaurants. They sell trolley tour tickets and the trolley stops just outside the hotel. To be able to see many of the historical sights, the trolley is worth the cost.

Great location. Nice rooms and loved outdoor seating areas The beds were very hard to our liking . It’s the only thing stopping us for future stays. The construction on the marina unfortunately blocked the view . Huge crane . However that’s temporary.

Property in perfect location to see the city. Staff excellent and friendly. Charming little place. Room was nice but alittle dark. Bathroom although updated was dirty in shower, grout, and woodwork. Big ball of hair in shower. It was fine for a night. I would give it a 4 out of 5.
