The hotel is right next to a very busy freeway with no sound buffer. If you get an unlucky room it will be very noisy. If you ask for a quiet room it will be better. The lobby has been recently upgraded and they offer cookies and ice water! The breakfast could use some 'taste'. Our guests commented that even the oatmeal had no flavor. Some of the 'wall thermostats' work, others we were told were "only for show". Some of the USB outlets work, others don't. The shuttle is a bit of an issue - the shuttle drivers for several hotels help each other out and the name of the hotel isn't always on the shuttle you will take. They don't work between 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m. Always call first and make sure there is a shuttle coming because they are not always running.

Everything is okay, except that right beside highway, too noisy! Can't sleep!

Rooms were ok I had to get our keys, re-keyed at least 14 times if you leave the property, your key no longer works

At night, the pool area seemed dark. Looking around, many lights seemed to be burnt out around the pool.

Was charged fees that did NOT apply. Was charged airport fee??? I had a rental car from day one and he airport not I had anything to do with airport…

Front desk night staff is very nice. I didn’t get his name but he was great! The rooms were clean and everything was stocked. Breakfast was great as well. Would stay here again if the need arises.

I loved the front desk clerk. He is a photographer and we loved chatting about the National Parks in Utah.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Over all, nice hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was the a/c made a horrible noise when running. Guessing the compressor was loose. Breakfast was good. Severed at 7am. Kinda late but coffee was hot!

The outside door wasn't working and the grass wasn't mowed all the way around
