Comfy bed, clean rooms, great stay!

They charged me $5.00 per day to park my car on the property. The hotel is convenient for those who are going to the airport. Not for those who are traveling as tourists. Doesn't have restaurants nearby Mattress needs to be replace

It sucked the manager would not rent to me and they kept my security deposit The staff room was clean they kept my $100 security deposit

Everything is very nice at the property. great location. everything seemed fine until my sister was sitting in the chair and thought she got spider bit. they looked and couldn't find anything so didn't think nothing else about it. she woke me up around 1:30 and said that there were bed bugs in her bed and they were blood on the sheets and a dead bug in her bed biting her and I do have the pictures there was blood on the sheets and a dead bug

Everything was perfect

Room was nice and clean the beds were great and the shower was delightful!!! Great job on the staff and cleaning crew.

The check in was quick. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We really appreciated the toiletries in the restroom because we forgot

No ice maker on premises. Was told that they had an airport shuttle but they did not have one. Had to pay for Uber driver. Reservation made on Expedia so they should be notified there is no shuttle service to airport. They also need to be advertised as an extended stay hotel. Would have gotten reservation somewhere else.

I will not stay here again. Check-in required a deposit, and would not take cash payment. I needed ice, but you have to turn on the ice maker in the freezer, because there's no ice machine, but there also were no instructions in the room about that. The floor was not vacuumed. The air conditioner did not work well and the bathroom sink did not drain properly.

The front desk people were friendly enough but I was not impressed with the fact we stayed 8 Nights and NOT once was our room cleaned!! We had to take our dirty towels to the front desk to request new ones. We had to ask front desk for garbage bags to empty our garbage cans—was told to leave them in the hall. Did so one day and a cleaning lady told me to take them outside and put them in the dumpster!!! I was NOT hired on their staff to do their job!! 🙄 Also - I asked a cleaning lady in the hall one day if she could come clean our bathroom. She handed me a clothe and the bottle of cleaning spray. Also - we had a sewer smell in our room and asked to get a room switch — maintenance admitted they had been having problems with the toilet and with smells. But — you guessed it…..they couldn’t switch us. Needless to say I was NOT IMPRESSED with this hotel! I have never stayed somewhere where they refused to clean your room and expected you to do all their jobs. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!
