Great place to stay! The staff are professional and yet f friendly. I feel safe and secured staying in thia hotel due to several features: secured elevetor that need access card, lock doors at nighr wirh security guard and 24/7 front desks. The toiletries are great! The shampoo and conditioner didnt make my hair frizzy - awesome. I was hesitant to use at first. Cleaning staff are amazing. I booked business and they clean my room and empty the trash and replaced, and replaces dirty towels everyday. This close is walking distance to almost everything. I like walking so 20-25 mins walk to the harbour works for me. Awesome place! Awesome staff and i recommend this place.

The hotel is nice and great location but it doesn’t have breakfast and when I booked it, it said that they have breakfast.

Clean rooms!

The staff were really nice and helpful, also very energetic. The rooftop terrace view was amazing and the beds were super comfortable (warning, the walls ain't sound proof XD)

This is a quirky and historic hotel that has been updated and is a very comfortable place to stay in the heart of the Gaslamp quarter. We loved the old hallways with mirrors and old doors, and the high-ceilinged room felt historic. They don't build them like this anymore! The room was quiet, and the AC worked really well (we were there during a heatwave so we really needed the AC!). Although the room was small (we were in a room, not a suite), it had plenty of space including a large dresser, a desk, a table/chairs and a lovely windowseat! The front desk staff was very helpful, and they went above-and-beyond to help us when we needed to unexpectedly leave early due to a family emergency. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were really helpful!

I loved the historic bank and offices repurposed into a hotel. The place had a great presence. Nothing I can think of.
