Near Italy a lot of tourists The Aircon to noisy, we can’t sleep

The only positives were the parking and the reasonably good location. You can find much better accommodation elsewhere, and I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has such a high rating. This place wouldn’t be worth it even at a third of the price. There was a strong smell of cleaning chemicals, but even that couldn’t mask the smell of filth. The neighbours were noisy, the floor was sticky, there were traces of faeces in the toilet, and there was hair on the bed and pillow.

location price was high for what you got.

The outside and the halls are in need of remodeling, the rooms were decent, new floors, but needed new curtains and the bathroom was a bit dated. Overall pretty decent for the price and location.

This is a wonderful gem right in the middle of Little Italy. The room was thoughtfully arranged, much better than big name places near by. The people working there showed genuine hospitality--a rarity these days.

Pleasant

Room was clean. Beds were ok. Ours felt like it was kind of sinking on the ends. It was an unusual 100 degrees during our trip. Our A.C made an obnoxious rattling sound that made it impossible to sleep with it turned on. When we shut it off the noise from traffic was really loud. So I suggest bringing ear plugs. For the price we paid, it was a decent place to stay.

We liked it that the hotel is walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Little Italy. The harbor is not that far either if you have no trouble with walking.

Room was small and needed updating and repairs. You could hear traffic and activity in adjacent rooms. Front desk person was friendly and helpful. The hotel is okay for an overnight to go to the airport.

WiFi does not work my entire stay - on multiple stays here that has happened. They need to restart the router and reset the password because everyone in the neighborhood shares the password on that block. Found a couple small cockroaches that I had to dispose of. Water out of sink faucet has an acrid smell and taste when using to brush my teeth or wash my face. Good price value and location tho. Most of the staff is friendly.

Great location for the price

The room itself was clean, old building slowly replacing faucets and other items, moist mildew smell. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is really nice.

Soap bar should be a bit bigger.
