Old Town Inn

Liked my stay. Area was a little off the beaten path but was okay. The only thing I was disappointed in was the continental breakfast. The continental breakfast.

The check in Gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed talking with him. Nothing to add here.

Very good

Central location. Decent-sized room. Nice to have a fridge. Bed was comfortable. Shower is small and no vent or window to open so it gets pretty hot. Parking isn’t the best. Nice breakfast selection. Lots of homeless or “unhoused” in the area but I guess that’s most of SD.

Convenience, price, free parking, pool. Second time we have stayed here and appreciate the ease and quaintness of the hotel and grounds. Our son and daughter in law live in SD and this is our go to spot when visiting!

The pool area was beautiful, clean and relaxing The location is a little bit in an industrial area

I like the historicalness of the property and buildings. It’s charming. The freeway is pretty close. And I had to purchase water at vending machines.

It's a beautiful hotel with lush greenery and flowers everywhere. The customer service is the best and the family suite was clean and perfect for a family of 6. We bbq'd by the pool while my boys swam and it was so nice. There's tons of stores not too far jic you forgot anything or wanna bbq like we did. No dislikes

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the pool area was lovely, and the continental breakfast was an added bonus. Also the location was very good, close to Old Town and the airport. Walkable to restaurants and transportation hubs. The bed was a little too soft.

Breakfast should stay open until 10:30 and soaps and shampoo not filled

We had a great 2 night stay. Good location for what we wanted to do with easy to access public transport (trolley) for down town area to visit USS Midway, Balboa Park and Little Italy. Short walk to Old town as well. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. A continental breakfast included at a reasonable price point for SD. We also made use of the pool which was nice to relax around and have a dip at the end of the day!. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Nothing

Beautiful small hotel. Great friendly staff. Very convenient to Old Town & public transportation. If you stay here, you don't need a car. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit was amazing. Bed was very comfortable, room was good too, rooms have DVD players too. Please note that it is near industrial area & our last morning, workers had loud music on-- but not the hotel's fault. If you are up early & leave hotel, it will not impact your stay. Will definitely stay here again.

We arrived about an hour early. Room was not ready, they said they would call us when it was ready. After 3, they still had not called us. Room was ok, but musty. Breakfast very carb heavy, but nice.

They were the friendliest staff, especially Gabby. there were 18 of us and they made us feel right at home and we used every facility, pool ,breakfast room and common areas.
