The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spotless, and the location couldn't have been better! What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and always had a genuine smile on their face. It made the entire stay feel that much more pleasant. The one major disappointment? The coffee machine in the room. Easily the worst I've ever encountered in a hotel, and what makes it even more frustrating is that the hotel seems perfectly aware of the issue.

Great staff clean room the barn door to the bathroom has to go

We had a great experience! Very clean, convenient location, very courteous staff! Highly recommend!!
-
Location to restaurants The underground parking was really tight with spaces. And it was a challenge to get from the parking structure to the main lobby.
-
They only had a service elevator operating. It was very slow. The elevator to the garage was not working. My husband had to use the stairs. It had been raining and the steps were wet. Thankfully he was using the handrails, he slipped and almost fell backward on the stairs.

We loved the underground parking since it was hot out. Its supposed to be secured parking, but the gate to the lot was never closed.

Staff was great. Briana and Kevi were helpful and cordial. top notch

Friendly helpful staff with a good restaurant. The location is a quick walk to old town but most old town restaurants close early around 8:30. The rooms are not good. There are bright blinking lights on the fire alarm that kept me awake. The room itself is tiny, but the bathroom is absurdly large for some reason. It really is wasted space. Also the lighting in the bathroom is horrible. Basically the room is a cramped dreary mess but everything in the lobby is great.

Good customer service, good restaurant recommendations and clean rooms.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. 10/10.

Location was convenient. Property was pretty tired. Not as nice as other Courtyard’s I’ve stayed that.

The hotel was definitely becoming slightly run down. Saw rust and some uncleanliness around the inside and outside of the property. Was also enjoying the little porch we got that connected to our bottom floor room, when a cockroach ran across the wall behind me. Definitely went inside after that, was grossed out. Bed was comfortable, a little disappointed there was no room service options for dinner/breakfast. But the cafe was a quick walk to pick up ordered food. Front desk staff was kind and gave me a discount on parking because of long wait when we arrived. Appreciated that courtesy. Overall an okay experience, don’t know that I would come back though.

Place was located in a sketchy areas of the town. Although it was walking distance from major attractions it was kinda scary to walk at night time. Room was dirty. I requested linens twice but no one came to bring them up. Elevator had an awful moldy smell. Parking spots were extremely tight. Overall my experience was not the greatest. I wouldn’t stay on this hotel again.

The location is great- walking distance to Old Town. But the property could use a refresh. The only 2 elevators are extremely slow and on the small side. The in room AC units are old and loud. Ours gave the room a weird smell. The beds were uncomfortable. But the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Everything was great! My only issue is there are no hooks in the bathroom for your towels.
