My Hilton Honors key online showed the room wasn’t ready. After sitting in the car for an hour I went inside to ask if there might be another room ready. They told me my room was ready but they needed my ID and a credit card for incidentals. If they had said that from the start I could have saved an hour of sitting I. The car. We have always been able to go directly to our room with the electronic key. We were there a week ago…same hotel… and we’re not charged for parking and this time we were charged for parking. I made the reservation for both nights at the same time so they should have been under the same terms.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very professional.

Clean, comfortable, well-located. The food was expensive and not very good. Breakfast should have been included free as the lodging was expensive.

Nice hotel for a business overnight. As good as any in the price range. Only downside is that breakfast was HORRIBLE! they were out of coffee, so I had to wait for them to brew more. A couple of some dried out pancakes and flavorless eggs.Staff was super nice however. Not their fault.

Convient to Conservation Park of Virginia. The fire detector above the bed flashes in the dark.

Had a nice room and used the Airport Shuttle Service they provided. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Service was good but was disappointed that my room preference reservation was changed without notification. Clean facility and the breakfast was good.

The staff is absolutely wonderful as my plane came in super late and there was a chance I might have to cancel. It was so nice to speak to somebody on the phone. And then, in the chaos of my life, my son left the pillow his pillow that is in the hotel room. We called and staff retrieve the pillow so that we could pick it up. Everyone was so kind and hospitable.
