Room could have been cleaner and the price of water was incredibly high but overall it was ok

Booked 2 rooms. One of them was in better condition. The other one was quite dirty. There was a small roach dead in the bathroom, the entry way light didn’t work, there was quite a bit of dust that you can grossly see on the top part of headboard, bed sheets felt like there were crumbs in it, and burnt smell came from the AC vent. I probably would have given it lower stars, but I was only needing to sleep a few hours while making a long drive so many of the other things that would have mattered for a hotel stay, did not matter for this stay. Need to do a better job with cleaning the rooms. Also need to put more towels in the bathroom, and needs at least a hair dryer! Also, why the huge fridge if you don’t even have an electric stove???

No vending on the floors

This hotel is bare-bones but perfectly good for a guest who is not planning to spend time in the hotel itself. The staff was friendly, but didn't know the answer to one of my questions. The location is excellent for flying out of RIC airport.

I've stayed here several times and things have always gone well. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and large. My shower was hot. It's close to the airport. End of story

Quiet property. Close to the airport.

Took forever for shower to get hot. Blanket was stained. Staff was rude. Trash cans outside were overflowing. Housekeeping knocking on the door at 10:55 wanting to clean the room, even though checkout is 11 and I had do not disturb sign hanging The room was spacious and bed soft, plus no pests... But just an "eh" kind of stay. Wouldn't come back.

It was a great and convent hotel. Definitely for the price!

Nice and clean

Convenient access to airport.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. We had a room on the 5th floor and not sure if that was the reason, but e had to run the hot water for over 20 minutes to just get it barely warm. Otherwise, everything was good.

The area is very clean and quiet. You can see the airport when you turn at the stop light going to the hotel. There are restaurants and a gas station nearby. I don't think that you would have any regrets if you booked here. The only thing that I didn't like was I wasn't able to stay longer.

And disrespectful place This place is the worst the guy was very rude did not listen to what I had to say told me to shut up. And wanted me to pay for a extra room . which I was not gonna to do, because I had proof that the room was paid for and book it dot com, also called them . I would never recommend for anyone to go there. And stay I did not like the way the worker talked to me behind the desk like I was a kid. He was very rude.

Quick stay before a flight. Appeared to be a new motel. Very clean and large space. Would stay again.

Always friendly staff! Maid just opened my door without knocking.
