Staff were so friendly. We have family in the area and were in town for a concert. We will definitely be staying here again. Comfortable room, decent breakfast, clean and friendly.

Great stay and property was clean and our room was spotless, very upset that I was told I would get a wake up call at 3:00 am and didn’t, even though I had my cell with an alarm, a wake up call is always a good back up!

Super convenient to airport, very clean, very welcoming staff. Airport shuttle is a little slow so beware if you need to catch a flight.

It's a nice place for one night. However, a hotel this new shouldn't have water pressure issues like it does. Also, the lobby bar does offer food, but they need more staff to really provide faster service.

Clean and quiet, convenient to airport, super comfortable bed, excellent all around for our short stay. We were able to relax and rest well before an early flight.

It was VERY clean and fresh. New. The layout and furniture were great. The lobby looked nice and guest services was welcoming and efficient. They honored my request for two adjoining rooms. Location near the airport was excellent and made for a very easy departure. The blinking fire detector light right above the bed...FLASHING...ALLL NIGHT! What a horrible design in an otherwise perfect room. A bandaid over the light was the best we could do. How do they expect people to sleep? Our experience in Richmond, in general, witnessed a very rundown and impoverished city. While this hotel shares a niche corner with several other nice and newer hotels, the area is by no means posh or modern.

The room was spacious and clean

We stayed here only to get to the airport across the road without the hour drive from home in the morning. I will say that everything about the stay was perfect. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We availed ourselves to the free breakfast bar and was pleasantly surprised by the offerings. Yummy. We've stayed at other places nearby and those were horrible. Thank goodness we've (finally) found one that would be great in any location.

Room was sparkling clean and we loved the atmosphere of the whole building!
