El Encanto Santa Barbara

Lovely stay!!! The entire staff was amazing. Turns down Service was excellent. The restaurant was wonderful. I have nothing to critique. Will definitely stay there again.

The property was beautiful! The views were amazing, the food was great as were the cocktails. The only downside is the gym was very small so only a handful of people could be in there at once.

A great hotel where service and kindness are evident everywhere but not pretentious in any sense. Made for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful, well maintained grounds with lush landscaping and winding paths. Spacious, comfortable, and luxurious room. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food and outdoor dining area with city and ocean views.

The staff was amazing! Every single person we interacted with from the second we got out of the car until we left went above and beyond! The grounds are beautiful. The views are incredible. The location is out of the hectic tourist spots so it’s very relaxing but also close enough to see everything in Santa Barbara. The room was spotless. The rooms are outdated and tired. They could definitely use a refresh. But bed was comfortable and it was very clean.

The stay at El Encanto was great. The view from both the pool and the restaurant were awesome. The food was great as well. Had both a dinner and a breakfast there. The roasted whole chicken was the best chicken I’ve ever had. It’s a bit removed from the main part of town, which some folks may view as a plus or a minus. Highly recommend.

We had the most incredible stay at El Encanto while celebrating our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and truly made our stay feel special. Breakfast was excellent, our spa services were absolutely top-tier, and the entire property was breathtaking. The grounds are meticulously maintained and every detail feels thoughtful, peaceful, and luxurious. El Encanto was the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We loved it so much that we hope to make it an anniversary tradition every year.

Helpful staff! Our first room wreaked of mold and the dining staff is sooooo slow! The food is also pretty bad.

The staff were amazing. John on valet, the 2 girls at the front desk, james at Concierge. The view is gorgeous, and the gardens are lush. Quiet and peaceful. Toilet paper is not of great quality. Roms couldod with an update. ie throws
