HYATT house Santa Clara

Very good

Clean and nice, breakfast could be better

Exceptional

.

Room was nice had everything we needed. Nothing fancy but not run down either so no complaints. Breakfast buffet was convenient and the area had plenty of food options.

Love the location. Easy access to the freeway. Lots of parking

Great place to stay for a Niners game. Lots of food options just steps away

Superb

Front Desk Staff have been friendly and helpful over the past many years that I have stayed there. The location is very convenient with lots of nearby amenities. The only drawback this year, I felt uneasy about the post-stay emails I have been getting, supposedly from Hyatt. It felt a tad unsafe for the first time as if my privacy had been invaded.

Location - amenities staff accommodating and kind More towels in room needed - some updating could be nice in rooms - paying for parking shouldn’t be. Breakfast eggs not good at all

Had everything I needed for a stay, wish we would’ve been able to stay longer. Breakfast was better than majority of hotels we’ve stayed at. Staff was very informative when we had a concert to go to also. No complaints. Although, wish there wasn’t an extra fee for parking since the rooms are priced the way they are.

The bathroom sink and tub was stopped up

Great location lots to do

Excellent location with a grocery store and multiple restaurants a short walk away in an adjacent small shopping mall. Property is very clean but dated. Rooms are small. Very good hot breakfast.

Location Didn’t have a room ready for us until later on

Extremely friendly staff, clean location, easy to find FAQ.

Clean room, friendly environment, good breakfast, close parking. Very nice location. And excellent condition of the installation. Definitely highly recommended

Good

Generally good - but not for families. Breakfast options are limited compared to other peers.

Clean facilities Friendly staff
