Location is convenient to Levi Stadium Front desk receptionist are not welcoming. They looked bored to death. Smile is very expensive.

Excellent place. I highly recommend. Great food and bar. Only one small complaint regarding the Wi-Fi. In your room connect to "guest" but when you go to the lobby/bar/dining area, guest doesn't work and you need to switch to "public". Kind of unnecessarily frustrating.

Clean room, but the room door did not close all the way I had to pull heart to make sure it closed. Otherwise, anyone could get in there. The bathroom door was not easy to close. In order to slide the bathroom door closed He had to have muscle like the Hulk. Barry was their best staff personnel I engaged with at the property. Everybody else at the front counter check-in was rude and condescending. And the gentleman that took my breakfast order was rude and condescending. He took stuff from the table next to us that was left over and put it on our table for the butter. And then an instead of taking the plate, he took the plate and threw the wrappers. I had already used for the butter and jelly on top of another plate and almost got onto my food. And the breakfast was mediocre. The sausages were room temperature and they take one slice of toast and slice it in half and consider it two slices of toast. For what I paid for breakfast, I could’ve gotten a better breakfast at Denny’s or someplace else with better coffee. As I said, Barry was the best personnel that you have there he needs a raise.

Location and price for one night. Cleanliness and amenities provided in room, coffee maker and fridge. we had a handicap room, location was great, but bed too low and shower was not accommodating for walk in, wheelchair,

Our room was terrible. It smelled musty and gross and the AC did not work so it was hot the whole trip. We called and asked for maintenance. I don't know if they did anything while we were out but it didn't change. The room felt grimy like it needed a deep clean. I was disappointed because we stayed here last year and it was a great experience. Front desk employee during the late night was not very welcoming when we checked in late. Breakfast we ordered was really good so there was a high point.

Room was clean, location was great to see a 49ers football game, and bar staff was friendly and attentive.

Amazing hotel for the price. Will definitely stay there again.

All staff interactions were pleasant and efficient. I was checked in and out very quickly. Breakfast was delicious and arrived quickly from the café and my room and all the property was incredibly clean.

Terrible hotel, don’t book there at all. They have bed insects that’ bite you. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain and they put you outside like in a motel. Stay away from This hotel

Breakfast was good. Staff was accommodating and nice. Fixed all the issues I had quickly.
