Es bonito pero el precio no se justifica.
-
Be aware of the 50$ parking fees and the resort fees Too expensive for what you get

Best hotel in the area by far!

New, beautiful and comfortable! Location is amazing. Loved the soap product as well. Maybe understaffed? Generally slow service. Doesn’t sound proof from the hallway. Door closing noises from other rooms are pretty big. Sometimes the housekeeping staffs talk loud on the hallway.

Great place !

The hotel is good, but a few details were lacking. For example, they didn't replenish the coffee capsules or water bottles in our room. Also, the valet service isn't very efficient.

One of the best hotels in that area, clean, beautiful, comfortable by the ocean and it has two amazing restaurants & great poolside food. We didn’t leave the hotel at all except visiting the park. Both restaurants needs reservations for guests too and are slow style, not a rushed to go type so plan accordingly. I’d come back here frequently for sure.

the service was good, food was good. valet service was bad. There was throbbing sound which woke us up, we don't know if they were repairing something or setting up something woke us up at 5:00 am in the morning on a Sunday.

Gorgeous location. Delicious food. Room cleaning was immaculately done. Great lobby for coffee and the woman who made coffee in the am was a joy! Delicious breakfast treats. Has an amazing dinner also

I love the place and the rooms are just perfect right in front of the water, the beach and the pool in one place… awesome..! Love it.!!

Unfortunately, not the experience I expected from a "luxury" hotel. I told them I would check in at 8pm and arrived at 8.45pm to find the room was not ready, with a possible wait of another hour (check-in is from 4pm). There was no sincere apology and no offer of a drink while I waited in the lobby, which was very poor. The room itself was nice, other than a sticky substance on the bathroom door frame. I was offered a complimentary welcome drink once I got into my room, which I did not want at that time. When I asked for it at the pool the next day, I was told only reception can provide it as they have their own stock. That should not be a blocker at a luxury hotel. The complimentary wine, pop and sweets were a nice touch in the room, although there was no choice of wine. They could ask for preferences during the online check-in they require, however they use that to upsell cabanas at indulgent prices instead. The cleaning staff were very nice, although they replaced items I had not used rather than the ones I had, so I had to go to reception for tea bags and ask a cleaner for more creamer. You are also required to use the valet service as you are not trusted to park your own car, which often caused a traffic jam at the entrance while staff managed the cars. I would not recommend this hotel for a luxury escape. It has the amenities and build of a luxury hotel, but the staff, management and processes are nowhere near that standard yet.
