The staff and housekeepers are very friendly which made our stay very pleasant.

One struggle we had was regarding the layout of the room, wherein the TV was on the wall adjacent to the bed. So we constantly had to look to our left to watch it. This made for a very inconvenient neck ache every evening. Second, and most important, was the noise level. We had the unfortunate luck of getting the room closest to the lobby on the 1st floor. The breakfast room noise woke us bright and early EVERY morning. But worse was the group of guests one night who were allowed to "party" in the lobby until 4:30am (not an exaggeration), which was beyond unreasonable. We even called the front desk to see if they could ask the group to move which did not happen. Finally, on our last night, when we needed to be up at 4am to catch a flight, we heard loud music coming from the lobby that we didn't hear any prior nights. We thought maybe it was the lobby TV turned too loud. Wrong! We believe it was the employee's music! We tried calling the main desk but no one answered or could be found. Lesson to us: NEVER accept any rooms on the 1st floor in close proximity to the lobby/reception area. We will continue to stay at other Hampton Inns during our travels, but might be iffy on this one again.

The bathroom shower was completely dirty full of molt in between the tiles, even the sink was the same and when I made the complaint for three times, and I had to talk with the supervisor.

Proximity to the venue we were in town for was perfect! Easy drive to and from was awesome. Handicap parking was too limited. It appeared that some cars didn’t even have placards.

Very clean and updated rooms. Stayed one night for a wedding and had a smooth check in and check out. Only complaint is that walls are not sound proof and you can hear basic conversations from the rooms. This did wake us several times at night and early morning. So if your a sensitive sleeper pack ear plugs

We had a 2 queen room booked to have two actual beds and were given a king with a pullout couch. We talked to the front desk about it and she shrugged and said she couldn’t do anything they didn’t have the room i booked available. No help to fix it or anything. Never even told it was a different type of room
