Sutton Suites Hotel

The girl who works at the front desk at night provides excellent customer service. But the hotel isn't the best option, since it's old and doesn't smell very good. But in terms of value for the price, I'd give it a 3.

Best staff of any hotel we've ever had. The ability to get shuttle from airport AND to cruise port is absolutely amazing. We highly recommend Sutton suites and will stay there every time.

Disappointing experience—would not recommend

Very clean There is no elevator. You will have to carry your luggage up stairs.

No stove in room but we were able to use the sinks and other in room amenities

This was the last min. disparate search to find 2 bedded room with airport transfers. The hotel was not anything like 2 star hotel with a poor continental breakfast. We got stranded at the airport at 10pm. But when I called to get a shuttle and one person doing everything - his name is

Very Courteous Service. The provided free hotel shuttle and low cost shuttling to cruise port. The continental breakfast was typical but nice. The place was older and it was obvious that the staff worked to keep the place clean but there was a slight musty odor to the rooms. A deep cleaning of carpets and walls would do some good.

The schuttle bus ( 24/7 ) is really helpful. Staff is very nice, Thank you!

Overall a nice stay. Close to the airport (with a shuttle van), clean, and very spacious rooms. Breakfast was minimal (cereal, toast, pancakes, boiled eggs). Staff was nice. Would stay here again.

There wasn’t much good about it. Cleanliness, no hot water in the shower, the breakfast was a joke.

Close to airport and free shuttle to and from airport. Also offered transport to Pikes Market place, for a fee usually. Card readers would not work to get you in the building. Tried several different times. Included breakfast VARY limited. Room fridge was unplugged so we don't know if it worked. Be aware sits on very hilly terrain.
