1 Hotel Seattle

3 rd time staying here and love this hotel. My favorite in Seattle and first choice for Mariner or Seahawks games when I travel from Vancouver.

The floors in the rooms were glued down pergo floors. Ours must have had water damage because the floors were buckled and squeaked and creaked from being warped.

The hotel has a real problem with the elevators. I ran a manufacturing company for 35 years; this kind issue would have had me, the CEO on the phone with elevator company and onsite until it was fixed. The guests of the hotel quit making jokes, and the house cleaning staff were embarrsed.

Our first 1 Hotel stay was in Kauai and it was fabulous and had the same experience here in Seattle. We will come back again. Until next time.

1 Hotel is at a great location.We could walk to all the sites. They do not offer breakfast with their package, which is a shame, it costs so little to provide breakfast especially when you are paying over a $400 a night. Even a continental breakfast would be good. The coffee machine did not work and no one could tell us how to work it. Anyway all the coffee was decaffeinated and when we asked house keeping to bring us caffeinated, they brought us more decaffeinated coffee. They did not speak English at all, I think they should learn a little English to help them with their job.

The property is beautiful and comfortable. Convenient location to walk to restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Couple of notes, when we left the elevators weren’t working and there was no sign or notification letting us know so we waited for quite some time. Then had to walk down 5 flights of stairs with our baggage.

This is the most stunning hotel I have ever stayed at, I didn't want to leave. It's gorgeous, the beds are a dream, it's quiet, super clean but live plants all over even in your room. The staff was wonderful and the location top notch for convenience to restaurants, coffee and getting around Seattle. If I can afford it, I would be thrilled to stay here any and every time I visit.

Great hotel good location with good spacious rooms . Hotels Food and beverage staff lacks of basic service standards such as proper order taking. Serving of item and visiting the tables . Hotels at this caliber and rate should have much better oriented and seasonal managers experienced servers . Serving speciality coffee such as cappuccino with no tea spoons or sugars , able to change fork and knife between courses . Drift restaurant menu lunch and dinner is very badly designed limited choices full of meat items at least include one fish and vegetarian dosh the variety of very limited and not good . The breakfast on Sunday having 2 menu one from 630am till 10 am very limited the other one is after 10 am is not a good choice . Train your service staff for menu and service this hotels needs better F&B management

The room was clean and well put together! We loved that there was a triple-filtered water tap in the bathroom so we could stay hydrated during our whole trip! The staff were so accommodating and helped us get around Seattle! We loved this hotel and can’t wait to come back!
