Location is good. Walking distance to Space Needle, and down town. Bathroom

It was good value for money. Comfortable beds and a great breakfast included. Bath wasnt great and some maintenance issues needs addressing. Bath was stained and overflow kept falling off.

The location is very good, excellent, there are plenty of bus stops close to the hotel, also it stays only 10 min walking from Westlake station, where you can get the Monorail, Link Rail, very convenient, and if you want to walk, 15 to 20 min from the Pike Place. It was a good value, the room was clean, spacious, and had a decent breakfast. The staff was very helpful, we could leave our luggage in the hotel for later check in, and they allowed us to do one hour late checkout, until 12h. No complains.

the staff members were very supportive the breakfast was not what I expected they had frozen jimmy dean’s breakfast that you could heat up it was ok but they should hire some cooks

They double charged me for my room. My bank wasn't straightened out for 3 days. We had no money for our vacation. All they gave me was a "sorry about that." I will never stay there again.

Comfy beds. Location Noise of airconditioner and vent.

Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient. Our extended family had 3 rooms. In all, the bathroom vent was extremely loud and couldn't be turned off separately from the light. The paid parking at the hotel was an extremely tight fit for our large car, making it very difficult to manuver out. Don't suggest using it. The king suite wasn't prepared for our arrival with the right amount of beds. and had been unresponsive about the request to know about this specific accommodation until being written to multiple times, and even then, upon arrival, didn't get it right. Also, there was a horrible noise from the air-conditioning unit at 10 PM which required fixing, and was not fixed to our satisfaction. The hotel did not offer an alternative room nor did the suprrvisor get back to us after check out as promised. Our third room is still waiting for extra towels that never arrived. Also, when they asked for an extra key, they were given the key to an unrelated room next door.

Breakfast was really pretty gross. Primarily the microwave breakfast bowls, burritos and egg sandwiches. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. Great location, roomy suite, staff were very helpful.

cleanliness was horrible, had to put towel on tub floor before taking a shower since it was so dirty & stained. ceiling had severe water damage & seemed to still be damp. parking for suv was terrible,

Fairly easy to get around the city. Obnoxious people slamming doors and being loud after 11.
