The design and the atmosphere are really great! Mid Century and Scandi Style in a well balanced combination.

Customer service was lacking from night desk staff; I was alerted to a family emergency and had to check out one night early. As soon as I found out, I went to the front desk to discuss with them and ask if I could cancel my second night. The gentleman working the desk seemed confused by the request, and indicated that he could not do anything to help me but would notify the manager and morning staff to follow up with me. Meanwhile another gentlement sat on his phone during the entire interaction and did not engage or help. No one ever followed up to discuss my request or explain why I couldn't get a refund. Nor did the staff at the time express any concern or general humanity about my having a family emergency as one would expect from a hospitality oriented business.

Fabulous location, suite room was...

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. However, the front desk staff was unhelpful. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, and when we requested room service the next day, it wasn’t delivered. Eventually, someone came to assist us, and the housekeeper was incredibly kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed our 2 stays at Andra Hotel. Our only issue was the lighting. Very confusing re what switches to use and how. Loved the robes they provided!

We had a lovely stay at Andra. Convenient downtown location, but a quiet corner suite. Modern, comfortable, great bed & bedding. Super handsome & friendly staff-- great valet parking dudes!

Love the design and organization of the room. Very efficient for a small space. Comfortable bed and good shower.

The only thing that was missing for us 2 seniors were grab bars in the bathroom. The toilet was very low and getting down and up difficult. Also the bed was extremely low and both my husband had trouble getting out of it.

Incredible location to Pike Place and other notable locations, very large room Nothing

The hotel was clean and the restaurant next store (Lola's) was easily accessible and served great food. The rooms were well laid out. Very comfortable bed and closet space was substantial enough to fit all of our items on hangars. The location was incredible - an easy walk to Pike Place Market and most anything in the area. It was also only 1.5 miles away from the ferry dock to Bainbridge Island. My only recommendation is to provide a little more dresser space for clothes. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing.
