Hyatt Place Seattle Downtown

I had to find a hotel for that night after a long flight, and it was a nice place to stay. The receptionists were really friendly, both when I arrived and I left. The price I paid for one night was very high.

The COOK was very polite and her omelets were "outstanding"! The kitchen, hotel, and reception staff were excellent! THOSE PILLOWS SUCKS!

Good hotel & good location. Staff was ok but seemed not not eager to be to helpful when we talked to them.

Breakfast, location That the life was taking so much time and we had to use the stairs.

The young lady that checked me in was very sweet and welcoming. She explained breakfast times and took the time to writer her name on the key sleeve in case I had any questions. Rooms are very spacious and clean. I would have enjoyed a view of the Space Needle but, there’s always next time. Room was comfy and cozy. They have extra pillows and blankets in the closet for you as well. And breakfast was great. They had different offerings during my 3 night stay. Normally I don’t have breakfast at my hotel but I do recommend. They have luggage storage available in case you want to roam the town before your flight. Thank you Hyatt team. I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location, clean room. Just so happened we asked somebody {male} at the desk for a shuttle to the NCL pier that morning and the guy said it's all fully booked for the day. And later that day, at noon, we asked a lady at the counter when we're ready to leave and she said the shuttle is outside and maybe he will be able to take us to the pier. The driver took us to the pier within the 5 minutes, and we were the only passengers and we're glad we asked another person at the desk. I was not able to get her name. The guy who we asked in the morning was just standing next to her when she was helping us, and he did not say a word. She was very helpful. We were about to call the uber. see above. One of your employee at the desk was not very helpful (customer service was poor)

I went here and got engaged on an Alaskan cruise ❤️ this was a great start to my journey seriously such a milestone in my life great staff great room, transportation included to ports, quick breakfast loved it.

Hotel was very convenient for visiting the sights. It is close to the space needle. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast provided hot and cold options.

It all went very well Nothing

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner, while working, was a little loud. I wasn't expecting to be able to hear a hair dryer from a neighbor. The breakfast buffet was ok. On site parking was plentiful($45, self park). There is a self serviced store on site. If I want yo stay near the Space Needle, I'd stay here again. The location was good and the people great.
