Parking is rough if you don’t use the valet parking , which you have to pay for .

Staff was great: checking in and out as well as the valet parking, both in and out, went very smoothly. Room: our room was very clean with a unique vintage feel, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Our only complaint about the room is the lighting: the overhead ceiling fan light was much too bright, but without it the room was dim despite the lamps. Unfortunately, the window did not provide much light as it there is a brick alley wall just a foot or two on the other side of the window. Bar: The attached bar is charming with couches, a few small tables with chairs, and a few seats at the bar. Things to know: the food menu is limited and all beer is canned or bottled (none on tap), but it seemed that most customers were ordering cocktails. One thing to note: as the hotel is so close to the Climate Pledge Arena, it gets very busy the hour or so before the doors open for an event.

The hotel was very nice . We had a ADA room which was quite spacious and easy to navigate. The only thing that was kinda annoying was we had a room next to the front desk and it was quite a bit noisy in The morning and we could hear everyone talking . Other then that it was very nice No continental breakfast although there is a cafe at the end of the hall just bagels and pastries. Location was perfect to the venue walking distance so no need to drive around . Staff was very pleasant and helpful. All in all I would recommend.

The cocktails at the hotel bar and their food are to die for. The rooms are spacious clean and so cute, love the vibe here 100%

Greeted by a valet at midnight who shared tips on how to interact with the ghosts on the property -- not a great

Loved this hotel! The remodel was well done, it's so gorgeous inside. The staff were super sweet and helpful too! The Tin Lizzy bar attached to the hotel was also super good.

Love this place, very clean and cute. I would stay again!! I can actually breathe in there which is rare for me in hotels so definitely a place to stay.

Everything about the experience with the below exception... Parking is an extreme challenge! You must pay a bit more than I would like in parking...AND costs $50 for valet Parking...I would caution anyone using this hotel and needing to park.

The staff is so friendly, helpful and genuine. This is my favorite hotel and I’ll be back again. Only that I wasn’t there longer.

It has charm but the carpets in the hallway smell like a barn and the room layouts are a little strange.

Lovely big rooms, beautifully decorated in line with an "old style" hotel. We were greeted with lovely freshly baked mini cookies. Loved the cocktails at the Tin Lizzie bar adjacent. Definitely will stay here again.

Quirky and stylish hotel in a brilliant location. Staff were fab and the rooms were spacey with good amenities. Love this hotel, love the bar, love the cafe and love the merch!! Highly recommend

My room was gorgeous and immaculate. I appreciated the historic feel and the neighborhood was fun. Toulouse petite kitchen across the street is excellent and it was great getting cookies at Met Market around the corner.
