There was a fish hook stuck in carpet - fortunately, my oldest daughter found it before my toddler (or anybody else) stepped on it. No exhaust fan, so showers made the room excessively humid. Shower gel dispenser was missing entirely in the shower. Out feet got dirty from walking on the carpet and tile for less than 5 minutes. WiFi login seemed more like a router password screen, which we did figure out but it was easily the most confusing I've ever seen (frequent traveler)

The 2 gentleman that worked front desk, were very polite and helpful and hard working.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast could have had a few more options but sufficed.

The room was clean. Unfortunately, 2 of the lights in the room only had 1 of the 2 lightbulbs and that made the room extremely dark. We had a double-double room, but there were only 2 sets of towels. The breakfast was very slim pickings of what was offered. We chose this hotel chain because we stayed at ones previously, but this particular one wasn't at the top of the 6 different hotel chains we stayed at on this trip.

Whirlpool tub did not work, vents were very dusty, trim was broken from furniture and just laid on the floor, curtains were broken, and remote didn't work.

My bottom floor window didn’t lock and as a single female traveler the other guests were very inappropriate and made the stay unsafe. I checked out within an hour of checking in and they would not refund because I checked in. Didn’t even sit down. When I told the staff about the situation, he said well we have a lot of construction workers staying here and they say stuff like that.

The parking lot was resurfaced without notification so parking was difficult. Some had damage to their vehicles. This property seems to still be undergoing renovation. Staff is the shining star of this place!

This hotel doesn’t provide housekeeping at all during our 5 nights stay. You have to ask for fresh towels and bed sheets at front desk. You may need to bring your own towels and sheets.

Breakfast is fine, they have the hot meal, but I wish they have more plan oatmeal for us. The bathroom should be updated!

Our window was covered with plastic because of exterior work being done. That was no big deal, but it was a surprise at 9am with workers at our window and we could hear their conversation quite clearly. Breakfast options were not appealing. But room was clean and had pretty good night’s sleep, other than we were woken up by someone talking on their phone right outside our door at 4am. Staff were great.

Lots of garbage around the parking lot and lobby. My low expectations of the breakfast options were met, no healthy food options like fruit or natural ingredients…like a banana or hard boiled eggs. Didn’t surprise me much. The only plus was I slept well, the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was very bad. They need help in that area
