The room ventilation system did not work well. It was very humid and turning on the air made the room very cold and didn’t solve the problem. Because of that, the room had an unpleasant smell. The staff however was very friendly. The breakfast had several options, but the pancake maker was not working.

Hotel and the room smelled musky. The room was not clean. We stayed 3 nights and they did not clean at all. Microwave and iron both had a short and would not work enough to use. Hotel staff were not friendly at all.

Food is subpar and pool is very small no hot tub. Great location and great foods nearby.

Nice and clean.

Took along time to get check in

We initially got a room with a broken and moldy ac but we were moved into another room in less than 5 minutes and it was perfect. Really felt we just got an unlucky draw and they were more than accommodating to make everything right and make sure everything else was perfect.
-
Minimal concerns: Door to the room was in need of some rubber/foam to block out the light from the hallway at night. Parking lot was rough (in need of some repair).

Room was clean, comfortable bed but it was noisy. That explained why they had earplugs on the night stand.
