We stayed one evening. The bed is super firm, very hard compared to most beds when you stay at a hotel and after driving all day you would like a comfortable bed. The room stayed nice and cool… the hallways had some strange disgusting odor of weed and puke and they only gave us 2 very small pillows. We were only there for one night and Sam was super helpful but I didn’t feel as it if was the safest neighborhood….

It was a nice stay but due to timing they were painting on bottom level. Had to sleep with window open because of the fumes from paint. Woke the next day and had a nice breakfast. Peanut butter and jelly waffles, orange juice and a bagel with cream cheese.

Stay away unless you want to be talked into an upgrade because they advertise a smoking room for the lower price. South Dakota allows smoking rooms so beware. The staff confirms you’ll want to upgrade when you check in with a smirk. The room I booked not knowing this was absolutely disgustingly filthy. When I went back to change rooms he chuckled and said told you, put the upgrade change on the same card. The hallway carpet was buckled and gross. The new room was somewhat acceptable. Hair in the bathroom, stain on one of the beds and mattress needing updating. Would never have eaten or drink a thing because of everything else. Manager in the morning was friendly and seemed concerned how everything was. Was not in the mood to tell him about it all. Hotels.com should drop this hotel!!!!

Room smelled clean. Just regular wear and tear through out the place. It was very neat, but an new beed linens and paint will go a long way. People were excellent. Felt very safe.

Paper thin walls, I could hear the people next door talking very platonic. Only two small pillows on the bed. The chair at the desk was peeling - I don't know how they could sanitize it between guests. The refrigerator was so loud I had to unplug it in order to hear the TV. The topper was the alarm on someone's phone next door that started going off at 5:00 a.m. and didn't quit until 7:00 a.m.- every 10 minutes. Do not recommend! There was nothing in my room that looked even remotely close to what it looked like on the web.

No cups in room for water, waste baskets were cracked, large patch on wall was amateurishly done and not painted. Sink and desk were old 10 years ago. Electric receptacle was damaged and needs to be replaced. Had to jiggle the receptacle to get the HVAC unit to work. On the positive side the shower was the best I have experienced in the last 2 weeks. I stay at a lot of motels while traveling

Would never choose this place again. Bed is about fall apart and shakes, toilet is flushing all night like a bad dream and stains on the sheets are just some of the things went wrong.

We did not stay the room had bed bugs and very dirty also a very old mattress. I was told they could not give me my money that Expedia has too. I could not reach them on the phone.

Comfortable bed.

There was nothing that I liked. The room reminded me of the room in the movie Vacation that the parents stayed. In the walls had plaster patches on them, nothing painted. Room smelt terrible. Doors to outside did not lock. Couch’s in hall way were old and stained heavily. If I could have left and got my money back I would have. If I were Travelocity I would not recommend or even have this hotel as a choice.

Thus hotel was one of our worst experiences. Someone tried to enter our room just before midnight. Someone yelled from the hall for me to come out. I had to call 911 and request a squad to come. The officers took care of that. However the room above us had a person stomping around until almost 1am and the room across the hall had a tv very loud most of the night. The breakfast the next morning. Had very poor selection and we went to McDonalds instead. I've used choice hotels before buy never again.

TV did not work. Desk lamp flickered like something out of a horror movie. I immediately reported this to the front desk. They said they would fix it. 2 hours later - nothing. I went back, and all I got were excuses. At least there was hot water in the shower. But there were no washcloths or hand towels. No tray in the shower to place shampoo, soap, or anything shower product. Hallway carpets had stains. Doors had scuff marks. Felt like it was not maintained well. Front desk person was totally unhelpful. Would recommend not staying at this hotel.

Right off I90, pool area was clean Ever stair had ripped carpet at least half way across with nails and wood showing, and the entire place smelled TERRIBLE (like someone smoked and used too much perfume to cover up the smell but that was just the smell the entire time), they said hot tub worked fine but not some jets but it was colder than bath water. I think staff knew people hanging out in the lobby when we arrived but cannot confirm that.

In dire need of a remodel. Breakfast was nothing more than bread and juice as far as I could tell.
-
Shower was updated Not much of a selection for breakfast only waffles, also police arrest took place in the hallway
