Good breakfast

Room was decent. They lied to me on the phone about my special request. Got there and couldn't accommodate my request .To late to make other arrangements or lose my money. They knew they couldn't honor my request 10 days prior, should have told me then. The breakfast was cold and not condiments and no one around to help. Will not stay again or recommend anyone to stay there based solely on the lie to get me to have to stay there.

It was a different experience and no complaints. It served its purpose.

The rooms smelled musty and heavy nicotine. Breakfast buffet had people waiting on food about midway through. The staff had to find the chef.

Typical breakfast. Nothing extra to speak of except the staff was excellent all around. The bathroom toilet was extremely low. As seniors it was troublesome.

The staff made our stay enjoyable and were very helpful, kind and genuinely interested in making our stay the best it could be. Thank you Christina, Marcia' and everyone!

My one night stay for work was wonderfully unmemorable. It's easy to remember negatives and I can't. Parking was easy and the staff gave a good restaurant bar (fat boys) suggestion when coming in late. plenty of good clean pillows.

Bed linens were nice, TV was great. I'm shocked that Hampton Inn allows this level of neglect to be a part of their chain. This property is run down and is showing its age. Cracked furniture, ripped wallpaper, dampness in the room, filthy carpet, chipped bathtub, my fridge froze everything I put in it, my clothes felt damp when I put them on. I would not stay here again.

Did not par-take! ice machine out and no usage for AARP or Military Discount at booking or check in!

Curtain was broken and didn’t fully shut

Close to where we had our event. Clean and nice employees. My bathtub stopper did not work and I had a small child that I needed to give a bath instead of a shower.

Second stay here extended my stay no change from previous review
