Good

The location was great. Very close to concert venue and local bars. The check in process was super easy. Parking lot was easy to access. I think because we had our dog with us, our room was a little outdated. Also, the overall appearance of the property could use a little more cleaning.

Shower curtain had puvic hairs on it, when I told the front office, the lady wasn't happy and ask me if it was mine, I told her I just checked in. Bed sheets were yellowish and entire placed smelled bad. For 200 usd at night. Terrible placed, super 8 morel quality.

Property a little old (not renovated) but great staff!

Good rate for closeness to Truist Park Didn’t feel safe in the first room we were put in. We asked to be moved and felt better in the second room.

The the property is clean and quiet, but also in walking distance to good eats and fun.

Wish we were there longer. The "room" was 2 floors with a BR and full bath on each floor. Very comfortable bed and I have never seen this before-3 pillows each of a different type-flat, down(faux?) and soft and fluffy.

Room did not have hand soap in room, no hot water for showers and toilet barely filled with water. Close to Truist Park is great but the room needs alot of work for the price we paid

The property is dated, but has been updated over time. The room was dark. The AC had a hard time keeping up on the hot day, but there were 2 box fans in the room that really helped. The linens and towels were in good shape and clean. The best thing is that it was in walking distance to the stadium and Battery Park. The property had gated security. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Bright and happy front desk hosts. Where as the structure is a little older, the rooms are modern and cozy.

A/C was not working in room or the lobby of hotel

Great option if you are visiting Truist Park. Nice spacious kitchenette. Good access to food options. Friendly staff.

Our only complaint is the AC never cooled down at night, set on 70 only went down to 74. It must be a known issue because there were oscillating fans in the bedrooms. Rooms were clean and check-in was smooth.
