Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Galleria

I booked two hotel rooms with the understanding bill would be paid at check in. We arrived at 4pm and told rooms had been cancelled because card wasn’t able to be processed. The clerk took this as an opportunity to give me this information in a voice so loud the entire lobby heard. While there was no issue with the card and I had not been notified by hotel imagine the embarrassment. The clerk then began to tell me we only had a choice of four rooms left. Again in a voice that let the entire lobby hear. We had absolutely no issue paying and remarkably, the rate was cheaper. However the customer service provided was horrible

Exceptional

Entry was very clean and the staff were very nice. The room was great. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Cedrick checked me in yr...

Very clean and spacious room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is amazing, as you are a 5 min walk from the battery. The bed was a bit firm for my taste and the pillows were awful. The a/c unit had a damp smell when running.

The staff was great. Cedric was exceptionally kind and helpful. Informed us about the breakfast, restaurants in the area, offered us something to drink and snacks. Everything was great

Perfect location for events at Truist Park. Short walk to stadium.

Excelente

Excellent location...walking distance to our venue and destination parking was bit tight...

nice rooms , and ok breakfast, very clean overall

It was a one day trip from Nashville to see a Braves baseball game. The hotel was walkable to the stadium which was a huge benefit. The hotel itself was clean has adequate parking and all of the employees were friendly and helpful. I have no complaints.

Perfect for Braves game stay. 10 min walk to the stadium. Nice/safe area. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

We had a great stay!

I liked the coffee, tea, and various food options. I also liked the bed and TV. :3 My only complaint is that it took a while for someone to come to the front desk to aid me with the check in process, and nobody was at the front desk when I checked out. Not a huge complaint, but it was certainly eerie. I would suggest a bell for the front desk, so that service members in the back can hear that a guest needs help!

Great location , clean , staff was helpful , breakfast was good , rooms were clean and up to date

I travel 300+ days a
