DoubleTree by Hilton Springdale

Exceptional

Great hotel!

Shower curtain was 2’ short of reaching the tub. There was no bathroom fan so the steam set off the fire detector twice. The “suite” is right next to the lobby restroom, so you had to hear them flush. The decorations were very lacking for a double tree. There was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived.

Clean room, great value for the price

Short stay…. But great stay

Disappointing

Everything was very clean and the pool was nice. Having to pay for breakfast that wasn't any different than a free breakfast at any other hotel

How easy it was to check in and out Paying for breakfast

Nice property. Clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Will return.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed.

Nothing Non smoking facilities but smelt like an ashtray, had to go buy a plug in and room spray. 5 wet kids all under 8 yrs old playing all over the gym equipment getting it all wet, we told the employee and he did nothing. It said they had a hot tub- not true.

Location Needs updated

Clean and updated! Nice large room, excellent shower. Nice gym. Really complete breakfast buffet but beware! Costs extra. People at front desk very nice and responsive. Didn’t realize the breakfast was extra— didn’t see the sign. Sat down on the late side and tho there was a great variety of food the the hot entrees were cold.

Good water pressure. Shower head was roughly 6.5 feet from the ground. Tall person approved

My reservation started with double tree and ended with expedia at almost double the cost. I have no idea how or when the switch was made!

Very helpful staff. Very clean property.

Great location with plenty of restaurants, shopping and gas stations nearby.

Great customer service from Joshua at the front desk!

Clean and smelled good!
