La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springdale

Everything was great except the water pressure and water wasn’t that hot but everything else perfect do recommend.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Stayed 1 night for $600.—-The property was run-down and appeared to have very poor maintenance. Our bedroom door in room 310 would not close properly without slamming it, and the bathroom toilet would not flush unless we held down the lever. The pool was also very dirty and run-down, which was extremely disappointing. We booked this hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with her three friends, and unfortunately, the condition of the hotel took away from what was supposed to be a fun and special experience. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance was unacceptable. We would not choose to stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to others based on our experience.

Well kept property with extremely helpful staff

The help desk was excellent however the breakfast was not well kept the hot water for the oatmeal, the coffee container empty for a long time & egg omelette.

The hotel looked much cleaner and better maintained online than it did in person. Our room had a broken/dirty vent, bathroom damage, staining, and spots near the toilet that appeared to be fecal matter. I was uncomfortable letting my toddlers walk barefoot on the floor. The lobby smelled terrible and was covered up with an extremely strong perfume smell that made me nauseated. The pool was advertised as indoor but was essentially a freezing, poorly lit glass room. We arrived late with toddlers, so we didn’t attempt to switch rooms, especially after seeing other reviews mentioning similar issues. I don’t expect a brand-new hotel, but I do expect clean and properly maintained. Unfortunately, this wasn’t that.

It was ok but nothing great. I prefer the IHG hotels in the same area over this hotel. The room layout was not good. The bathroom sink was in the foyer of the entry way with a door across from it that opened to the toilet and shower area. The bedroom was further into the room. There was no chair or small couch to sit on to watch TV.

It was ok. But housekeeping picked up used towels and washcloths and didn’t leave clean ones. We had to hunt them down.

The air conditioner did not get below 73 even when set at 64. Our room never got below 73° and it turned on and off constantly, but it felt more like a fan running than the AC actually working. There were four floors in this hotel one working ice machine on the third floor no ice machine on the first floor went to the second floor, where there was supposed to be a ice machine and there was a letter on the ice machine saying third floor works had to get on the elevator and go to the third floor to find a working ice machine. There is no ice machine on the fourth floor either extremely odd one working ice machine on the third floor. None on the fourth and first and nothing working except for the third floor ice machine overall the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was very nice. They had me because there were waffles and biscuits and gravy but if you wanted a cool breakfast or something, a little lighter, they had slices of bread you could make in the toast and a few muffins not a big variety there but like I said they had me at waffles overall, I would stay there again maybe not in the same room hopefully a room with an AC that got a little cooler but overall, I would totally stay there again.
