This hotel is being renovated by a handyman. The results are not good. Bathtub probably had not been scrubbed in weeks The floor was full of dog hair (we do not have a dog). 2 towels were in the room A closet was converted into a "kitchenette". Not so much. To top it off they have the worst most bitter coffee I ever had.

Worst stay ever—management has completely abandoned this place, and we checked out earlier than expected. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The room was incredibly dirty, the bathtub was completely clogged and filled with standing water, and the mattress was broken, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. To make matters worse, the room had a sickening smell of detergent mixed with dirty water, like someone tried to mask a deeper filth. It was so unbearable that we ended up checking out earlier than expected just to escape the conditions. The lack of upkeep extends to the rest of the property: • The back stairs smell heavily like urine. • The air conditioner is a safety hazard, literally being held together by random wood chips and covered in mismatched, oddly shaped patches that are peeling away. The only saving grace was the front desk and cleaning staff, who were genuinely helpful and tried their best with what they had. However, it is entirely obvious that there is zero investment from ownership. Do not stay here until management decides to put some money into basic maintenance and sanitation.

Do not stay here. There was mold covering every wall inside room 218. I literally left the hotel for other accommodations because I couldn't breathe. This is a health hazard. I talked with hotel staff and the manager and neither cared, although the manager ensured that the room has since been treated. Short of demolition there is no way to represent the conditions.

We arrived late, around 10 pm. Were very tired and did not notice until next morning the many very large areas of black mold on the walls in the bathroom around the sink area. These were not little spots, but many inches in size! Rediculous!!! Husband is a lungcancer patient and we should never have stayed in that room!!! If we had seen that at night, we would have left! Got up early and left. Did not want to eat breakfast in a place where walls have so much black mold, who knows what the kitchen looks like. Room was on 2nd floor, near elevator, facing south.

The entire bldg is in much need of maintenance/renovation. In the room, the lamps, door frames and fixtures were all rusted. The shower too and tile grout stained with black mold. Not very clean at all.

Great place, all around excellent

Very old and rust covered light fixtures. The floors in the lobby were stained we had paint peeling in our bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bed we had was surprisingly comfortable but it's time for a remodel of the place.

The room was nice and clean. The hot water in the shower takes about 5 minutes to warm up at all and the tub clogged almost every single time I took a shower. Other than that, office people were nice and the room was large. The Wi-Fi did kind of suck though. Didn't really reach my room and I was right above the lobby

When I arrived, the floor and surfaces were wet. I placed towels on the floor to keep my feet from sticking. The next morning, the front desk said I must keep the air conditioning below 70 deg. to keep the condensation down, which worked after several hours.

Poor Internet/Wifi. Room was unclean. Coffee supplies were empty and used utensils were kept in the counter top.

Do not stay here. It is unclean and unsafe

This property is not well maintained. Considering that this is budget type Inn, this should be expected. One thing I like is the location. It's within walking distance to the beach which is really nice for a dip in the Atlantic Ocean.

Had a hard time getting into room. Door was warped. Floor dirty and sticky . Rust everywhere, even on a lampshade. Breakfast was not good. Coffee maker not working. Slim selection Room was very humid. Girl at front desk was incompetent. Took 1/2 to check us in

The breakfast is the equivalent of gas station options. The bathroom was so small the bathroom door met the toilet and it was difficult to have privacy within the bathroom. The room decor was very out dated.

The convenience to walking distance to the beach was excellent. Staying first floor I did like but very surprised about the room. I understand a handicap bathrooms needed by law but this bathroom the shower backed up and water did not drain and spread to the rest of the bathroom having to be very careful not to fall. The king size bed squeeked very loud no matter how careful you moved. Other than that the room was comfortable.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean or well-maintained. There was mold on the ceiling and mold, hair, and dirt in the shower, our beds were wet, and the floor throughout the room had a slippery, almost greasy feeling. The bathtub drain was clogged, so the water barely drained and we ended up standing in several inches of water while showering. The shower pressure was also extremely low. There was also yellow/orange liquid dripping from the bathroom door frame, and the AC made an extremely loud, concerning noise. The breakfast was also disappointing. Overall, the hotel is in serious need of maintenance and major upgrades. The front desk staff were pleasant and friendly, but unfortunately the condition of the hotel made the stay unacceptable.

Great location Having to pay for parking when I’ve already paid for the room.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Room was clean cozy & comfortable. Water was initially rust colored when using the shower.

The location was good. The housekeeper did a good job but the room itself was poorly maintained. There was mold on the curtains, stains on the bedspread and visible water damage inside and around the bathroom. Regarding to staff, the front desk clerk desperately needs training! It was past check in time, guests starting showing up and she kept claiming that the rooms were not ready. After finally checking in, we received the parking permit (parking is charged separately) and, per her instructions, put it on the dashboard of our car. But it was not until late at night that the nightmare started: At 12:40 AM we woke up with someone insistently knocking at our door. We obviously did not open it. Then again at 6:45 in the morning. An upset staff member was standing at the door accusing us of not paying for the room. When my husband asked for clarification he rudely said that we must go immediately to the front desk and pay for the room, We got there and I spoke with the same lady who checked us in the day before. She looked into our account and said that we owe $5 dollars for the parking! When I inquired why did she gave me the parking permit the day before without charging me I got no answer. This incident that nearly ruined my vacation could be easily resolved without the commotion, at regular business hours or even at check out time. Therefore I do NOT recommend travelers staying at Quality Inn.
