Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Downtown West

Jason was extremely friendly and helpful honk check in and through out our stay. He made us feel very welcome and it was much appreciated to have someone to the extra mile to make us feel welcome after a long day in the road. I would definitely recommend this girl to others and would stay here again.

Everything was good. I wasn't there to hang out in the hotel, so I slept in the bed, used the shower, and had breakfast. All of it was fine. The ice maker worked. The staff was very friendly at check-in and check-out. We paid for breakfast to be included, but it wasn't clear how that worked, since there was a bistro with food for purchase. That aspect could be clearer.

The staff was amazing! Everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful. The rooms were not very clean especially the bathroom! The towels had stains, there was hair on the floors and shower floors and walls, there was dust and black spots on the shower walls, there were spots that had dried product (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, something along these lines) throughout the shower (on the wall and the silver corner shelf), the bed was very stiff and uncomfortable, and the bathrooms overall were very small!

The breakfast was great. The rooms were great and not too far away. The hotel didn’t have a pool.

I paid for breakfast which was unusual for me

$20 to park my car. Excessive.

Downtown location was great. Decent look. Surprise payment for open parking. Also, no control for the room temperature.

Mary was so friendly and upbeat. Enjoyed our interactions with her. Room was so quiet. Easy location to get in and out of. It would be great if they could implement a shuttle service to events like ball games. Since Sybergs across the street closed, transportation is more complicated
