The room was spacious enough, but on our first day, the TV wasn't working; we were told this was an issue in all the rooms. When I asked at the reception the next morning, they were completely unaware of the problem but promised to look into it. Naturally, we received no compensation. The TV was indeed fixed on the second day. I had also booked breakfast with the room, but the meal was poor and not worth the price. The selection was very limited, and the portions were far from satisfying.

Clean room, convenient location, friendly staff

The place was brand new and fantastic in all aspects, especially the parking, staff, and all in the room!

I booked this hotel for my mother and she said the following: Please give them a good review. I give this hotel an absolute A++. It was the newest & cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I felt very safe the whole time which meant a lot. When my housekeeper found out I was there because my son was in hospital…she took time to talk to me & give me encouragement plus she left me a sweet handwritten note. In today’s rushed impersonal world…it meant a lot that she cared enough to do this.

Beautiful and new property. Front desk still in training and unsure and slow about how things work, not friendly or welcoming.

The front desk staff is exceptional. The bartenders are exceptional.

This hotel is so new, so well maintained and nicely laid out that I would consider it a "4 star" hotel. Reasonable price. Nice breakfast nooks, pool and outdoor fireplace. Everything a family needs at a reasonable price.

Very clean , free parking. The only thing that was unusual, dirty linens were left outside one of the rooms for a stay. I notified front desk and because the amount of people staying there , I was told that housekeeping does that occasionally when the laundry shoot is full. This was not a big issue. Overall our stay was great.

Room was clean and staff got us into room quickly but common bathroom not maintained and restaurant had only one person working and long wait time to get coffee.

New hotel, everything was immaculate

We loved that it was so close to hiking at Grandfather mountain. Also enjoyed all the facilities!

So glad we chose this hotel for our visit to the Land of Oz. As it is fairly new, we found it to be exceptionally clean and comfortable. There was a good complimentary breakfast and a menu for other choices, as well. Would definitely stay here again!!

I paid Expedia for breakfast to be included, but the hotel charged my credit card for breakfast anyway. I had to contact them three times before they told me they could not fix it. I had to tell Expedia about the problem instead. This place was a regular hotel room at a premium price.

This hotel is close from the Grandfather mountain. I like the location itself

Perfectly quiet! Very relaxing stay.

This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at, especially the bathroom. It was also quiet, the beds were very comfortable. A small unique feature that I appreciated was that there was a black washcloth available for removing makeup. The room also had great lighting. The only thing that could have been better was if the fridge was bigger. Other than that, we were very impressed with it and pleased.
