Reviews don’t work. I stay here almost every week or every other week. Last time I made a review and they said they will put me in the top floor to avoid noisy people above me. Thai week Oct 14 I stayed here again and they put me on the 2nd floor with a new lady on the front desk that has no empathy with any guest. Rooms on the back near the pool on the north side are extremely noisy due to your equipment installed outside that turns on every 1-2 min making a sound that don’t let you sleep. You should consider installing a sound proof cover to it. Then during the night at least twice last night something started running with a very loud noise and even made the building to shake. I like this place due to location but this equipment needs some work to avoid annoying noise to get a good rest

Very friendly staff greeting upon entering and checking out. Our room was immaculate and the hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Amenities were wonderful from pool area-lobby-breakfast coffee/tea-cookie at checkout. Beds and linens were so clean and cozy.

Check in was great. Front desk staff was very nice. For us it was a quick stop over en route to southern Michigan. Conveniently located and near restaurants.
-
The location was in a more quiet location than the Hampton over in Duluth and less expensive. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The room layout and furnishings were outstanding - very comfortable!

It’s very clean and accommodating for pets! Everything was great. The one tiny complaint is the pillows are awful! But we can just bring our own next time. We will definitely stay again!
