Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore

Great large suite..very great location and close to the airport...appreciated the airport shuttle for our son. convenient to restaurants..friendly staff and allowed us an early checkin for the Bucs game.

Room was clean and tidy upon check in. Coating on bathtub was peeling away in areas. Parking was absolutely bad. I have never stayed in a hotel where you had to PAY for on site parking….

The hotel was clean and. welcoming. The attendant at the front front desk was lovely and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and bright. The room had everything and anything you might need. A very large and comfortable bed as well. The hotel was quiet. The restaurant called E’ TERIE was wonderful and and just what we needed after a long day of traveling. The breakfast was wonderful and had a full list of hot options. We would give this hotel an A+.

Breakfast was very good. The bar/restaurant was very good as well. The safe was broken, the air conditioning was hard to regulate and the bathroom water smelled horrible. I also thought for the amount we paid for the room, charging for parking was ridiculous.

We had a bad experience in our first room which was quickly resolved the next morning so was very pleased at the response.

Superb

Accidentally booked the wrong date. They refused to refund me or transfer to the correct date. I stay at Embassy most of the time when we travel, if available. That stops now. Terrible customer service to take care of loyal patrons. And last time I stayed, the breakfast was kinda nasty and the coffee tasted like bleach. I don’t typically give reviews in general, but with all the money I’ve spent with them and then can’t even transfer the reservation is unforgivable.

Everything was really nice. The only objection I had was when I first arrived. There was trash in my hotel room in the garbage can which kind of left me thinking either the room wasn’t cleaned or housekeeping forgot to take the trash not sure but either way they did make it right by bringing me to another room actually an upgrade to a suite so it was all good.

The hotel and amenities is not as nice as the other embassy suites but the price does reflect that. Our room was mediocre. The tub was falling apart. The lining was completely messed up. The breakfast was OK. The mosquitoes around the outside was pretty heavy for me. It bit me quite a bit.

Great breakfast. Nice pool. Clean. Friendly staff. We definitely look forward to staying there again in the future.

The breakfast was above and beyond normal hotel breakfast! Made to order omelettes and so much more!!! the shuttle was great. It would take you anywhere within 2 miles and free pick up at the airport.!!! we would definitely stay there again

We were happy with the room and for one night stay.

The self parking situation was terrible with having to haul luggage up and down the stairs. No one was available at valet. The bathtub’s enamel in our room was peeling so bad. Two out of the three lamps in our room didn’t work and one of the TV’s in the lounging area with the pull-out sofa didn’t work. This is not what I’ve come to expect from Embassy Suites. You’re my favorite hotel chain and this was very disappointing.

Staff was great, parking garage and parking not great. The hotel could use an update. Enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour and the room had plenty of space.
