Staff were great. I needed an early check in and a late check out, no problem- they got it done. Good people and great atmosphere and location. I couldn't have had a better stay

Convienent for ybor tourism and bars. Cleaning staff are loud. My first room was next to the service elevators and my second was not much quieter in the morning. Excessive amount of in-room convenience foods/drinks. Beautiful lobby and lounge. Good restaurant and coffee shop. So a mix of good and bad.

Our first room smelled musty, and Abigail happily upgraded us to a beautiful suite that didn’t smell musty at all. We only stayed for the one night (following the Lightning’s home opener win), but if we could have, we would’ve stayed for a week. The in-house Café Quiquiriqui offers free Buddy Brew coffee for hotel guests in the morning and made us a delicious (and reasonably priced), made-to-order breakfast sandwich with real eggs. Hotel Haya is a true gem and a great value. Highly recommend.

Another great stay at the Haya! I arrived early for a work trip wanting to relax and explore the area more than I usually can for work. Arrived on Saturday afternoon and Katie at the front desk was super helpful, welcoming and quick! She got me set up with a great courtyard room and I was done in minutes. There was a DJ at the pool and the bar was set up in the far corner. The pool area was pretty packed but I was able to find a single chair to lay out. Service at the bar at the pool was slow and my drink (vodka diet) ended up being a tequila diet and I just rolled with it not wanting to go back up and wait in line again. Just a heads up they charge a 20% service charge at this bar. I enjoyed my coffee each morning - I just get the complimentary drip coffee each day. My room was clean and comfortable as usual. Fun fact they don't have ice buckets in the room but you can go downstairs to the bar and they will get you one and fill it up with ice. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are supplied in room along with hand wash and lotion. Breakfast in the cafe is excellent. Great tables in this area too to work. Valet is quick and easy and I know its pricey at $39/night but it is unlimited in / out service and safer for me traveling alone than trying to find a parking lot and walking back to the hotel at night. The gym has tons of equipment including free weights which I appreciated and kettlebells!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Attentive, helpful staff at every encounter (valet parking, front desk, restaurant, café, housekeeping). Clean & well-maintained property, inside & outside. Second floor room with a nice view of the courtyard. Clean, comfy room that housekeeping kept looking sharp. Luxury toiletries by Grown Alchemist - very nice! Well stocked in-room bar. In-room A/C seemed a bit loud but I didn’t mind, it was white noise to me. The restaurant experience was very enjoyable - I dined there for dinner one evening & for breakfast one morning. On both occasions, I encountered attentive, caring waitstaff who knew their menu well. Enjoyed a cafe con leche that was as delicious as it was beautiful - the design in in foam was so pretty. They pay attention to detail! Great location in historic Ybor City. Easy to walk around the neighborhood & discover restaurants & shops. Highly recommend stopping by the Ybor City Visitor Information Center & Gift Shop, only about 2 1/2 blocks away on 8th Ave. Definitely recommend Hotel Haya!

First of all - Valet parking was very welcomed after a hectic day! We had a late meal at the bar/restaurant where Kevin was working. He was so friendly and attended to everyone quickly and smoothly. Even the cook came out to ask about our food, which was delicious! It was a short stay, just in town for a football game, but enjoyed the accommodations and staff very much. We will come again.

The hotel was clean No customer service No sense of urgency for guest in cafe, valet or restaurant Truly was an overrated restaurant that my company will never use to book work trips again.

Location was great! We booked on booking.com. Part of our package was breakfast was included and a $20.00 food voucher. However breakfast was not offered and upon check out we did not get our $20 credit. I asked about the credit when we checked out and was advised they would apply; this credit was never applied to our final bill. Yes, it is only $20.00, but it is the point that the breakfast and the voucher were included in the price.

Hotel and room was very nice. The restaurant and bar closed early. Staff was unfriendly
