I opened up my bed to find a stained fitted sheet. I called to ask for a new sheet. Someone came and knocked on the door and handed me the sheet and left. I guess I was supposed to remake my own bed, which I did.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The layout of the suite was nice. The problem is the carpet and fabric couch stinks really bad!! They need to professionally clean that nasty carpet or better yet, replace it!! Vacuuming it doesn't work. I used a whole can of spray, FaBreeze and anything I could think of to get rid of the smell but always smelled like musty smell and hard to breathe in the room. They said there was no other room to switch me to so I was stuck! The couch in the living area smelled too. The beds are way too soft and not comfortable. The kitchen was missing utensils... no sharp knife, no scissors, no peeler. For the money I expected a much better experience because it wasn't cheap! It was worth about half of what I paid! Not a good experience. My surprise is that this is a Hilton property.....Hilton go take out that stinky, stained nasty carpet and put in laminate flooring or something that can be kept clean and not hold all the bacteria and crap in that carpet! Could also use new sheets and bedspread, mine was 'pilling' and kind of yucky too.

The room had a musty damp smell to it.

I've stayed in 8 hotels in the past 5 weeks. This is by far the best one. I would have gladly given this property 5 stars had it not been for a few issues. The room was not properly cleaned between guests. There was sticky residue and ring marks from a beverage glass that sat in the bedside table. I had to wipe that down. The counters hair crumbs of food and hair on them. The refrigerator had food left from the previous guest. The fitness center needs a thorough cleaning. Floors were caked with dirt and layer of dust including the machines. Finally, for a newer property, the carpet in the elevators and hallways were surprisingly filthy. They need to meet with their cleaning staff and straighten this out.

Very good and clean

The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped (although with just an overnight stay we only used the fridge). The bathroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was lovely! They asked me about why I was staying (a concert) and wished us a good time as we left for it. The breakfast was much better than most buffet or continental style breakfasts. And the coffee was available all day/night and was good both in the evening when I arrived and in the morning for breakfast.

Good location. Great staff. Terrible breakfast. Carpets could stand cleaning. Elevator carpets filthy. Bedsheets a bit pile-y. Bathroom well stocked. I would appreciate that if all the people that just can't travel without their dear pets be restricted to one floor and have a designated spot for breakfast so that their barking dogs do not disturb us as we and others go and come to our rooms or have to think that dog hairs may be in/on our food. I did kind of cringe a little to think that a dog or other pet had been allowed to stay or urinate in the room we stayed in. I like pets, but I look from a sanitation point of view. Overall, a good 2-night stay: peaceful and quiet.

We reserved two double queen bed suites. One room reeked of cigarettes and had random hairs in the bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre, but free. Staff was amazing, helpful and welcoming. This was a one day day.

Rooms were spacious, plenty of stoarag3 and counter space. Nice size kitchenette, full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Very convenient location for food, shipping and airport. Breakfast choices were lacking and did not look appetizing. Beds were very noisy.

I stay here every time I'm in Taylor. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, and the location is convenient.
