Tempe Mission Palms, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel

!

Close by entertainment. Staff opened the doors. Happy to help answer questions.

The location and friendly staff.

I had high hopes for this property but the room we stayed in was in need of a renovation. Tons of scratches and issues with the general maintenance. The rooftop pool was nice and the location was nice. Lots to be desired

the restaurant (Harry's) was far better than expected.

The restaurant is way u see rated, comfy beds and beautiful property. Close proximity to the Marquee and plenty to do.

Friendly staff

I loved coming back to a clean room and friendly staff. The hotel felt safe at all times.

Enjoyed everything I did

Excellent

The property is okay.

Good location and great staff It’s dated but overall very nice

Beautiful spaces. Pool was peaceful. Wonderful hotel.

Convenient, clean, long wait in restaurant on a night that they should have anticipated would be busy.

Nice facilities and room size. Better than average hotel breakfast (extra charge). "Resort fee"... should be included in overall price of room. Totally ridiculous as an additional non-optional charge. Temporary area construction and street closures made access difficult.

Very comfortable

The staff was super nice and helpful!

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was convenient.

Had a courtyard view King room, very clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool was amazing. The staff was excellent.

Great pool. Not overcrowded (was there in late May). My room could have used a new mattress, however. There was a divot across the entire head of the bed that eventually led to discomfort sleeping. Staff was friendly and helpful for requests and questions. Parking was a bit odd, but once you understood where you can park it wasn't bad. I had a wedding function to go to the first night and a wedding the second day. On the first day, I parked under a tree lined area for some shade, and in the 2 hours I was parked, a bird completely bombed my passenger side door to the point that I had to go for a last minute car wash. Not the hotel's fault, but lesson learned. We enjoyed Harry's Place for a drink on a few nights. The apple chimichanga dessert was amazing. Cocktails were a bit inconsistent, but it was different bartenders.
