Overall, the hotel was nice and clean and conveniently located off of Mill Avenue. There is a separate parking cost to park in the small lot next to the hotel. The staff said you had to pay before 10 cause that’s when it was checked, which seemed weird to me. We did not go to the bar or the restaurant and the amenities seemed minimal and the rooms were very compact. They are decorated nice, but not much room to sprawl out.

Great location to ASU and Mill Ave. Parking is easy and convenient. The staff was friendly. Clean room. The rooftop is only open seasonally though. I was there in August and it wasn't open, probably due to the heat.

It had great access to downtown Mill Ave area, the hotel was nice and good for the cost...no hot tub, you have to pay for parking and the rooftop in the picture is locked not accessible kinda disappointing but still a good stay.

My room was a bit gross. It needed a wipedown on the bathroom counters and walls

very clean and well maintained property. walking distance to restaurants. enjoyed a very relaxing 2 days and caught up on some much needed rest.
