AC Hotel by Marriott Tucson Downtown

Very clean room, staff was very friendly answered my questions.

Great location great stay

It’s was a nice stay unfortunately the room did have a funky smell once we entered and also the ice machine in the 6th floor doesn’t work properly other than that it was good stay thank you.

Good location! Maybe switching to different shampoo and conditioner, because #1 never makes any foam.#2 leaves hair dry and dull. #3 leaves hair so sticky even after a second rinse. #4 makes hair unable to brush after its dried. (Feels like hunny has been poured on hair.)

Location was great. They missed filling the shower soap... just a minor inconvenience... nothing major.

I stayed in the suite and it was really huge. Very comfortable.

Very clean room staff was good. Definitely need to use the parking garage and we ended up using a little white noise machine because the nightclub next-door but that works just fine.

Great experience, Overall. I highly recommend these guys.

Hotel was great overall with spacious newer rooms, nice gym, pool, etc. Downfalls: parking is extra, breakfast is extra, and there are loud clubs right next to the hotel so depending on where you are located in the hotel, it can be very loud. They offer earplugs and sound machines but definitely not ideal.

3rd time staying here and the staff is always so nice and welcoming. The rooms are always nice and clean.

Rooms are large, very clean, staff is excellent, location is good, valet was $32, walk to many bars and restaurants. All good.

It was good

It was a nice, modern property with a very convenient downtown location. That said, I found the staff to be fairly dismissive and acting like I was bothering them. When I went to look at the rooftop pool to see if it was crowded or not, I was approached like I didn’t even belong there. The rooms are nice, but the lighting was confusing and required figuring out switches in one area affecting lights in another area. Additionally, they’ll tell you about the great breakfast in the morning, but not tell you it’s not included and costs $20 for cold egg bites and cereal. I would stay there again, but with different expectations.

Excellent place to stay. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable and inviting. I gave it only four stars because parking was a $50 charge. Had I investigated further I would not have booked but due to its proximity of the nightlife in downtown Tucson I chose this establishment.
