Superb

I liked the location and the historic architecture. The price was very steep for the size of the room, amenities, and late sleeping hours.

The hotel is very unique and absolutely beautiful. All the staff were wonderful. The room was cozy and the mattress was very comfortable (firm which is my preference). My shower was not clean. I just went without a shower because I was only there one night, but if I had to shower I’d get/use shower shoes.

I went for the band Koffin Kats so it was roudy but it calmed down later into the morning but I was expecting that and I wouldn't have it any other way. All the bartenders were very nice and professional.

Location Wasn’t told we were in a pet friendly room. My daughter had a bad allergic reaction to the room having to leave a day early. Didn’t mind the music but the DJ was horrible.

Great location next to the Rialto and in the middle of down town. We were told there was noise when we checked in. When I suggested it was due to being next to the Rialto I was not given a response. Little did we know that they had live music till 2 AM on the patio next to our room. It would have been a great time if we were there for that party, but we just wanted to sleep.

I loved staying here it was 1 night but worth it I recommend the haunted tour too The restaurant the cup. I went there with a friend for breakfast my friend and I sat down trying to get some food one waiter came by and gave us some Waters and introduced themselves and handed us some knives and forks and stuff like normal. On my waitress came around she introduced herself and I started speaking and she immediately snapped around turned her back to me and addressed the other people beside us who weren't even asking for anything she ignored me the entirety of her standing there and then just walked away just to say my friend and I were very upset by this and just decided to go across the street instead to a local tea shop

Got a room to sleep only to NOT get ANY sleep because of the party going on downstairs. I wish I was told that there was a club downstairs til 2am, I wouldn’t have booked it! I was under the impression that it was a nice quiet, historic hotel not a party hotel! Didn’t even get a hour of sleep. No parking. Had to pay to park in public parking. Won’t be staying here again.
