ARC Hotel, Washington DC, Series by Marriott

Entrance and parking were horrible! No breakfast available. The hotel is low ceiling with little natural light so it feels tight.

Enjoyed my stay of two evenings at the ACR Hotel.

Good location to be near GW. Hotel is nice, and staff was nice. Parking is really nonexistent; had to park a few blocks away. Not much open at night nearby, and the hotel has no bar or restaurant for later in the day. I noticed all the young folk just ordered food in.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great and the room size was good. Our only complaint was that the walls are very thin. Our next door neighbors talked well into the night and it sounded like they were in our room. We were all so exhausted that it didn’t bother us too much but it might be an issue for lighter sleepers.

Location They charged me a $150 pet fee for one night. That fee applies for one or 20 days. Very bad value. And the room has all kinds of issues with the carpet. I took a video to make sure they weren’t going to say my dog did it.

The staff was so nice and super helpful! Super friendly and greeted us with a smile.

Exceptional

The staff. It was very noisy, very thin walls. Not as nice as the photos.

The staff were consistently professional, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. However, despite our reservation being made for three guests, the room was prepared for only two people each day. As a result, we had to visit reception daily to request additional towels. In addition, the radiator appeared to require maintenance, as it produced a considerable amount of noise during our stay. Overall, we appreciated the high level of service provided by the staff. Addressing these relatively minor issues would further improve the comfort and overall guest experience.

Very good

Location was good close to Metro. Few shops and food places. Walk to Waterfront was about 20 minutes. Beds were a good size , tv , lift. Staff were helpful as much as would require. Hotel requires a refurbishment. The rooms were worn, door hard to close, carpets worn, windows were unable to close properly could hear the planes alot from the airport. Blinds were hard to pull. Bathroom was dated and didn't provide what was expected. There was some confusion on check in due to conflicts in system. Music from outside which started one morning at 6am. With the windows not closing properly this also didn't help with sleep.

Close to many sites. Metro nearby, great restaurants and excellent location. Friendly staff!

This is for the Marriott Fairview. The emails for this trip went missing. Trip 160-813-436-26 I have stayed there before and used the hotel, so it was nice going back.

location and proximity to metro and Whole Foods bed was uncomfortable. tv would go dark on some channels.

Location was very convenient. I asked several times before coming about an early check in due to an international flight and funeral. While they said there was no guarantee, the front desk indicated that 1:00 pm was likely. When I called day of they indicated maybe 3:00. When I came at 3:45 they said maybe not till 5:00. It was super frustrating and was an upgraded room that I had purchased. I was leaving to go meet people at 4::25 and the staff ran after me outside to let me know the room was ready.

Perfect location next to Georgetown University, lots of eating options, and the metro

Everything was great loved my stay and time will be back
