My husband and I loved the location. Everything was walking distance. We took advantage of the weather and explored DC. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

This is not my 1st time in a moxy hotel and I know here we have a different concept, but has been by far the worst experience ever. The afternoon staff is very rude, fortunately Yasmeen balanced the equation, being friendly, helpful and resourceful. The room is not isolated, the toilets do not flush, despite I called maintenance and the wifi didn't work half of the time. I wasn't very impressed by the restaurant breakfast service

The bar was closed upstairs until our last night. It great food options close.

Cute vibe. Walkable to the arena and other points of interest.

The place was beautiful A lot of mosquitoes outside

Loved the vibes of this hotel - it's kinda like a hostel, with welcoming public spaces to lounge or work, but with nice private rooms. Plus, in a great location when traveling for work. Room was clean and comfy. Probably the biggest thing was that I had several issues connecting to the wifi, in the end I had to go down to the reception and it took some time for them to help me. Connecting to the wifi should not be that hard :(

Breakfast was from 7 am to 11 am but in reality it was at 7:30 am. The first room I got was not the room I paid for, and had a broken television. After being told to calm down, I was moved at 11 pm to another room. Definitely not a place to stay.

Great stay. Super kind staff and loved the bar check in.

I loved the boutique, funky style of the hotel. It was cute and vibrant. Staff was super nice and helpful and I love that there’s a restaurant attached as well as a bar/cafe in the lobby. Furthermore, there are several restaurants, coffee shops and drug stores within walking distance. It was also a short ride to the Smithsonian museums and the Warner Theater. There are a few minor design details I would change but nothing that would prevent me from staying again. My stay was great.

I love this hotel down!!! Phenomenal i was here 3 nights on my first solo trip and it was so nice the rooms are so well made the architecture of the room is so pretty and modern I love the bathroom. Also you get two free drinks at check in and also a welcome bag. The roof top is nice too a little small but nice. The diner they have there is so good I had the best French toast of my life there they were crème brûlée and sooooo good. The second floor has free coffee and games and a board room. I love the moxy lol. I will say it is a little small but for me it was perfect amount of space.

The snack and go section was good. I liked the choice. It would have been nice to have a sit-down breakfast at some point. Otherwise it was fine Some more healthy choices, which is difficult in a snack and go section. Hence my comment about the restaurant. It was perfect for a sightseeing stay, but could have had a bit more choice

Check in was easy. Stored my bags until my room was ready. Room was clean and met my needs. Staff is very friendly. Didn't like that the last call at the bar was 9:45pm but sounded like that was a city ordinance matter not in hotel's control.

The staff was very helpful and hospitable. The room was cozy (they are small but that's the point) and clean with a lovely shower. The free drink token at the start of the stay was a nice touch. It's located in a busy part of town and there is no shortage of spots to check out nearby. The only issue I had was at check in they were having problems with a new POS/booking system and it took forever to get me checked in. Management should have provided the staff better training or resources available while they settled into their new system.

Good overall stay. Night front desk guy was very helpful reversing a mistaken charge made by the morning check-in front desk person. The breakfast options are very meh if you’re getting the breakfast included with your booking. The bacon and egg bagel was pretty good but the wake-up call had way too much avocado (it might just be the person preparing the food). The sink in the bathroom in our room’s faucet was way too close to the sink and the pressure was too strong but these are nitpicks. We would consider coming back but for the price I think there are better options.

Convenient location, felt safe, comfortable bed. We enjoyed the bar and the welcome. Slight issue with glass walled bathroom which might not be ideal for some guests. Would happily book again.

The room was clean, however, not that practical as it felt like i was staying in a college studio where a curtain was seperating the bathroom to bedroom. And there were no ventilation at the “shower” area. All the steam was being trapped inside so I had to let the sliding door crack open and water was splashing outside to the rest of the bathroom area. I guess for a busy city the mimics NYC or such kind is ok I guess? If you are picky about where you staying that this is not for you. This place is just to rest your head for few hrs and move on with your busy day.

The Moxy is a beautiful property and accommodated my partner and I wonderfully. The staff are amazing so definitely be sure to grab a drink at the bar.
