Location, historical landmark, friendly staff Very loud in the room. Street noises will keep you up at night. I needed ear plugs.

The hotel was very nice and in a convenient location. The staff was my favorite part though, they were amazing very friendly attentive and they remembered you.

Great location, historic building. I booked last minute and was able to get a good deal given the location. The room had a coffee machine, which is very convenient. The WiFi was down for over 24 hours and no one could tell when it would be restored. The manager who was supposed to call me back never did.

I booked a larger room then we were given. I mentioned we were celebrating our 50th anniversary could we get a nice room. The staff gave us a less room then what I booked. The hotel is not centrally located to anything we had to use a cab to visit anything in DC. Very disappointed in this stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Henley Park Hotel in Washington D.C. The staff at the reception are really kind and special thanks to Alexia for being really helpfull and giving me advice on what to see and how to get there. There is so many interesting things to see and do and I wish I had more time to see it all. When I come back I will for sure stay at Henley Park Hotel.

The location was so convenient from where we had to go and the staff was so nice with us!

Unfortunately, while seated in the dining room I saw a mouse. I informed the waiter and the manager about my experience. The manager said he would place traps down. I wrote a letter to management immediately when I returned home in August hoping to get an apology. As of today I have not received any response.

Rooms were quite small. I happened to get a room by the elevator and so woke up a bunch with guests arriving/leaving at 3 am. Would not stay here again.

The location is perfect for us. Right across the street from where the event is held. The cleanliness is superb. The staff is very friendly. The driver who dropped me off at the hotel had difficulty finding the entrance. Perhaps add a clear sign to guide drivers who may not know the logistics. The restaurant is pretty nice, with great food and service. See above about the clear sign. The room and facilities are a bit old. It is a historic hotel, which is lovely. But this makes it difficult because of the noise outside, as the insulation is insufficient.

Super nice, friendly and informative staff. I've been very helpful with everything. They themselves made our state perfect! There was nothing to dislike- everything was top notch!

The room was clean and filled with plenty of amenities. The staff was very helpful and accommodating of my bags being left after check out so I could see a few more sites before my flight left. I did not use the hotels dining facilities after the first evening trying to have dinner on property after a long days travel. A mouse ran right across the room between me and another guest. It probably was a one off, but it just left me "shook". I ordered uber eats for rest of my stay. I still recommend staying here, as the staff, location and the historical property is amazing!
