Courtyard Westbury Long Island

The reservation clearly stated the room included a bathtub, but it did not. No help resolving. Dangerous shower floor, seemed covered in oil and no shower matte for safety. Paid parking at this location. Understand Marriot Bonvoy forces this on all properties, but it should be according to location, as it does not make sense and is not comparable to other hotels in this area. Front desk staff not helpful.

The hotel was ok. I probably wouldn’t stay there again. The mattress was a bit saggy. We were on the 5th floor and one of 2 elevators was broken for most of the weekend. People were trapped in it. The bistro charged high prices and afternoon coffee was warm, not hot. Breakfast was expensive and just ok. It was quiet at night so that’s a plus. No bottled water was included. The 2 bottles left in the room cost $7.00 each. In room coffee was undrinkable . I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one is over priced and underserves

Clean rooms

The property is very modern and clean. Nice gym and the bistro was excellent.

Great hotel services. I will be back. But most importantly it was clean.

Convenient location, very clean. Nice staff. I didn’t find the value in what I paid for one night. $400 for one night. Also, the pillows look nice and fluffy but once you lay on them, they are flat as a board, not comfy at all.

No hot water for two days

Wanted an accessible room. My husband is in a wheelchair. The courtyard was not informed from Expedia. The front desk did the best they can but those rooms were not available.

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast crew, not so much. There were crumbs on the booth benches, and it took over 20 minutes to get a small order of French toast (we were the only customers). The pool is tiny. However, the patio with the fire pit is glorious. This place cost almost $100 more than the nearby Hilton; I’m not sure why.

Had to wait 20 minutes just to buy some Oreos as there was only one person working in the hotel apparently. Hotel itself needs to be updated. Like being stuck in 2002. TV was ancient. Absolutely zero hotel information in room, including how to connect to WiFi. Elevators smelled like urine. Property had trash/ cigarette butts everywhere. All for $300/night. Okkkk.

The staff was wonderful. I was here for a family emergency and everyone was so kind and flexible and supportive with all the moving parts. My only real complaint was the skanky bedding… ill fitting and made of nasty material.

I have an amazing experience at the hotel specially my boyfriend was happy for his birthday

The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The place was well kept. The room was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay for parking.

Lady at front desk when I came in was awesome around 4:30 pm.,customer service was excellent Price but hey it’s a nice place ?❤️

Good location and convenient for everything you need.

Everything was good, but the breakfast. The breakfast bar where you can purchase some food close so fast i think like 10 am.

The hotel is great, the room is amazing. So overall the stay was good. However is not as great if you don't drive and the staff could be friendlier. friendlier staff
