Best Western Plus Coastline Inn

Good location, friendly staff. Sad breakfast and pet policy. Why am I paying a pet fee when my dogs aren't allowed to sleep on the bed? Don't you wash the sheets anyway? What is the point of this policy?

staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Hotel is right on the river walk and have views of Cape Fear River . Nice little dog park. elevator out of order for this stay, but staff was very accommodating

Location. The gentleman at front desk helped me when I have to reduce my stay by one night by paying the one night amount back breakfast, dated rooms, not clean, elevator not working so had to take stairs and stairs looked like were not cleaned for many years.

Many much better options in the area for the price.

Very good

Location was great. Needs some updating

coffee Breakfast was just cereal and muffins since it was just set up in lobby. we were notified the day before, but we couldn’t change plans on such short notice. Elevator was broken Room was not clean. Beds are not made up and we were switched very quickly, but still not worth the money at all.

The rooms. The view and the staff is so so nice!!

Location was great for our travel plans. Elevator was down while we visited. Breakfast had minimal options & in the lobby so needed to bring food back to your room to eat. Fridge was broke upon arrival but GM was quick to replace it for us. No microwave in room , only in the lobby.

The staff The bed was uncomfortable and the other guests were extremely loud late at night/early morning.

Very clean and wonderful location

Full breakfast wasn’t nearly full. Elevator did not work.

What did I like it’s very clean and the staff was very nice I would definitely recommend it to anyone

Location was perfect

The staff! Super friendly Think the rooms could be more updated

My daughter and I were in for a concert. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The elevator was out and they were doing all they could to make sure guests were able to stay on lower floors who needed it. The room was clean, we had an amazing view!!! The area was safe enough for me and my 13 year old to walk to and from the arena. Property is older, but well maintained. Beautiful garden area! Breakfast was good! Tons of options! Just nice, basic offerings. We will definitely be staying there again the next time we need an overnight in Wilmington!

The elevator was not working no prior knowledge of this, air con very noisy and very loud people talking outside our room very early doors.

Location and amenities

Room overlooked the Riverwalk. Breakfast had outside seating. Friendly staff. Clean room.

Very clean, cozy, nice staff, breakfast lady was AMAZING Nothing
