Days Inn by Wyndham Windsor Locks / Bradley Intl Airport

Walking into the room smelled like someone had just been smoking cigarettes. We immediately left and purchased some air fresheners. The carpet was very worn throughout the building. Not a pleasant experience.

The room was decent. There was a weird flowery smell for the first few hours after we checked in. There was no hand washing soap and only a tiny bar of soap in the bathroom for three adults in a double room (bring tour own toiletries). Basically you get what you pay for. It's a good place to lay your head overnight or for a couple of days and it felt safe and secure.

The pictures on the website were nothing like the actual hotel. The place was rundown. This place won't help your business.

The rug in our room was stained and torn. There was rust on the floor in the bathroom by the toilet. The towels and face cloths were dingy, hard and paper thin. The bed was hard and the small pillows were uncomfortable. The hallway smelled of weed. We checked out early, lost our money and found a new hotel. I usually don’t write many reviews, but it was such an awful experience that I just had to vent!

The property has a rundown, neglected appearance that gives off the impression of a seedy motel rather than a reputable hotel. The overall atmosphere feels dirty, outdated, and uninviting, reminiscent of a place that may have once been associated with questionable activities. What makes it even more disappointing is that they charge hotel-level prices while offering an experience that falls far below those expectations. The condition of the property simply does not justify the cost. I would not recommend staying here, not even for one night.

Hotel is outdated and need some renovation. Furniture are damage, carpet is dirty and smelly. TV wasn't working. Room smell like dirty wet carpet.

Easy to get to from BDL.

Check in and breakfast staff were great, breakfast was kinda lacking (but its free...so). The a/c smelled kind of like urine when turned on but after it ran it was good. The toilet ran constantly, which we got used to but has to be costing the hotel a small fortune. Nothing so bad I wouldnt stay there again.

I had to keep reminding myself I wasn’t at a Motel 6. There were so many stains, blood, boogers, and I don’t know what else on the walls, phone, floor. I couldn’t wait to check out. While I was getting my coffee from the lobby, a worker shut down the waffle maker early (9:15) because he felt a woman was taking too much food. She had one waffle and a bagel- clearly not being greedy. When another woman came in, she asked him about breakfast (supposed to be served until 9:30), he complained to her about the woman wanting to take all his food so he had shut it down early. I was absolutely shocked! I couldn’t wait to leave. And the entire building wreaked, and I mean wreaked of weed. I was afraid all my stuff would smell when I left.
