Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Windsor Locks Bradley Airport

Building is not well maintained linens were dingy, bathroom was not clean

Place was not clean.

A leather chair in the room was not in the best shape. A lot of peeling, so everytime you sat or bumped into the chair, flakes fell off and made a mess on the floor.

Shuttle to airport

Passable

All around amazing

Price

The day front desk workers was respectful and friendly The bed lining wasn’t clean very dirty and smelly The pick up bus left before time I have to take a LIFT to the Airport if not I would miss my flight I told the night shift front desk worker I will never go back to Econo Lodge That room didn’t have a phone either

Quick,easy,clean

Close to the airport and good price. The free shuttle to the airport did not pull up where we were waiting so it took 45 mins before we were able to get on the shuttle. The place smelled like smoke. It was cleanish, definitely lacked attention to details.

Very good

Nothing at all You have roaches crawling on the wall and floor. And also a dead cockroach

Exceptional

It was fine. We wanted something not overpriced because we booked late. The staff was great. The building is in need of upgrades but the room was clean.

Quick cheap stay. You get what you pay for.. Musty and rusty. Bed was comfier than mine at home though.

Budget friendly, friendly staff. The only things is the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Stinky, dirty shower curtain and the tub could definitely use as hard scrub as well as the floor. Glad for cable since we had children on the trip and had a great selection of channels!

Close to the airport

Everything went well, the room was comfortable and the staff were pleasant The shuttle was late in getting us back to the hotel by an hour

It is a basic crash hotel. Shuttle service or free parking. Clean and comfortable. Close to airport.

When I booked a hotel room for the night just to sleep and then continue on my way. I didn’t want to spend $350 which seem to be the going rate of hotels near the airport. I chose this one because it was only around $150. It was old and dingy, and despite the fact that the staff were pretty nice, the place itself was disappointing. One of the lamps didn’t work and the coffee maker didn’t work either in the room. It was a very small space that I could barely turn around in. Some repairs were needed. The drain wasn’t working or was working very very slowly in the bathtub. The light was not working in the room, and there was no side table on one side to put water or a drink. Overall, it was quite small and felt dingy, not exactly dirty.
