When we checked in, there was a lady in front of us politely telling the front desk that her room (one of the treehouse cabins) had hair on the bed and there were bugs in the room. The front desk (FD) was very dismissive and said she was the only one there. The guest was more than happy to switch to a regular hotel room (but apparently that costs more, so the FD said no) or to just be handed a new set of sheets to change herself, but the FD was still rude to her about that. FD was not overly friendly when we checked in after that, but not rude either. The hotel itself was dingy, there was also hair on our sheets, and the carpets were pretty gross and dingy looking. It did the job, but I would probably not stay here again.

The walls and curtains were filthy. The sheets and mattresses The room smelled

The accommodations were adequate. Nothing fancy. Some lights were out, there was only one nightstand, it would have been nice to have lights on the nightstand, there was a limited number of outlets for direct plug in of USB chargers, the desk was too tall for the chairs, the shower head pressure was low and the diameter was much too small. They had not changed the time after the fall daylight change on the clock - just little things that would have made the room much nicer. The curtains were difficult to work on the rod and in some places were not attached to it. However, we spent very little time in the room. The bed was very comfortable, the facilities were clean, the heating/air conditioning unit worked very well and was quick to respond to changes we made. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The kids like that it was downtime for them with the chaos at the other bigger parks

Family-friendly, cozy family getaway. We would absolutely stay again. The only downside is the really fun attractions are only seasonal but we still enjoyed our staff immensely.

We only stayed for one night, but we enjoyed our short stay!

Son bonitas ,están amplias y limpias ,solo falto que los baños estuvieran adentro de cada cabaña ,pero están afuera ,pero todo estuvo bien 👍 me gustaron.

Bad experience. Had insects in room

It was quaint, quiet, clean, and well priced. A real nice place to stay.

Nice place to go for the sauna and hot tub. Could use a little updating/repair in those areas. Clean room.

10/10 Everything was great—clean, fresh rooms, a clean pool; I recommend it.

We loved our stay in their tiny house, especially the private roof deck. We originally booked for the tree house but did like the idea of the communal bathroom and toilets. So, we upgraded to the tiny home. Juliet at the front desk was very polite, friendly and accommodating. Not to mention very patient. She explained the difference between the hotel room, tree house and tiny house. The only thing we didn’t like was the little love seat in the living room, it was so uncomfortable. We didn’t have the equipment to connect our laptop to the TV and didn’t want to watch what they had available on Dish TV. We’ll definitely come back again.

Pesimos los baños, el agua súper caliente y mantenimiento no hacen nada por arreglarlo
